First time here probably the last honestly. Saw commercials so we decided to drive 20+ min to check it out. Came inside and immediately noticed lack of attention to customers from staff seeing as we were the only ones inside and they looked dead. Lots of dust on ac vents and light fixtures, seats were dirty or torn covered with tape. Tables were sticky. Lack of attention to detail.

The restaurant was clean and ready for business! The food was SOOOO hot and fresh! The ingredients are great as usual! I love the coke machine and mixing my own drink concoctions! I highly recommend the nuclear sauce!!!!! I always get the kickin’ chicken sandwich meal with nuclear sauce.

I ordered cole slaw with my food yesterday, but they ended up running out of it as soon as I placed my order. The manager asked me if i was willing to substitute it for something else and I was perfectly fine with just getting fries instead. He was nice enough to even throw in a free funnel cake (which tasted amazing by the way). Food was great and the service was great as well!

Being from Atlanta, where Zaxby’s are as common to find as a McDonald’s, this is a POOR example for a Zaxby’s. I drove about 20 minutes to this location from downtown Dallas on a craving. I could have drove maybe 5 minutes to my closest Raising Canes, but tbh I prefer Zaxby’s SEASONED fingers and fries. The drive-thru wait time here is ridiculous, but since I drove out of my way to come here I waited the 20 minutes in line. I ordered a wings and things and I substituted the cole slaw out for EXTRA fries. I also paid for 2 additional Zax sauces. When I made it back home (20 minutes drive) back to downtown Dallas to find out that I didn’t get the Zax sauce that I paid for, but instead an additional 2 ranch sauces. If you were out of Zax sauce just say that! Next, are you selling chicken fingers or chicken nuggets?! I paid almost $15 for my meal and I expected to be stuffed! Also, I couldn’t tell if I got the extra French fries or not tbh smh. This same meal in Atlanta the bag would have been HEAVY for the amount of food you’re SUPPOSED to get. Also, this experience WAS NOT isolated. I’ve been to this location a handful of times since moving to Dallas last year and it’s always like this. Idk if you guys are cutting the tenders in half to save/cut costs or what, but I’m almost positive this isn’t up to Zaxby’s quality. The wings were good and a nice size. Also the girl (with the eyes) in the drive-thru is always rude! Maybe fast food isn’t for you or perhaps a role in the kitchen would be more suitable. Hopefully corporate will address the quality control issues and the customer service experience at this location.

They don’t carry the buffalo blue salad anymore . That was the only reason I came here. I just got the garden salad but it wasn’t great. There was literally like 1 chicken tender with a giant bowl of salad. And the chocolate chip cookies were completely raw!! That was my last Zaxby’s meal ever.
