I really enjoy Zaxby’s. I’ve eaten at various locations and typically have a good experience. For the most part, this location was just as God of an experience. I would give it a five star but there were two points that go against this location. First, the customer service when ordering was lacking. Second, and really not a big deal, the toast wasn’t really toasted that much. Overall however, the food was just as good as ever and the wings were fantastic. Great place to eat.

Tried this place today on a wimb. The food was good for being a fast food restaurant, the cashier was friendly and they got our food out quickly. The coke machine needs a little TLC, when my daughter got ice it got stuck and it kept spitting out. I was surprised to see that the place was empty.

While visiting from out of state, we walked into the restaurant which had one family eating and and a couple of cars in the drive thru thinking it would be cool to try a regional chain we’ve never had and isn’t in our area. We waited 10 minutes before we left without a word from any of the staff.

SO DISGUSTING. I tried out this place for the first time to see what the hype was about and I ordered the Big Zax Snak Meal and the food took 20 minutes to make which I didn’t mind, but when I received my food I wondered if they even cooked it. The fries and the tenders were so beyond cold all I could do was just laugh and not in a good way. I ended up mustering myself to eat the meal because I hate complaining and the fruit punch I got in the drink was really good so I was fine with this…but then I lift off the cover of my drink to refill it and a whole strand of hair was inside the drink and I just wanted to throw up everywhere and leave. So gross and I’m never coming here again.

We arrived between 8-9pm on Friday the 31st of March. There was one young man hustling, energetic and polite. He looked to be the only employee working. Fist bumps were given and he was told he was doing great. He said Thanks and appreciated the compliment, as it boosted his confidence as he was obviously stressed. Food was hot and great!

For a fast food restaurant the food is much better than most IF you get the right thing! I will say for fast food though ya about the slowest food I’ve ordered at a fast food place. I don’t normally complain if the food takes a while, but since we were some of the only people there it took a while and this was my second time at this restaurant. If you want fast food you would probably get your food faster at the restaurants next door no matter how busy they are. The food was pretty good though, but I don’t know if I would go back because for the slow service.

Of the 749 chicken place around here, zaxbys is definitely one of my favorite – reason being, the chicken is consistently good, and mainly the hot honey mustard. This is hands down my favorite sauce of any chicken place, and it keeps me coming back. Oh, and service is always up to par.
