I came to my local Zaxby’s for a good old fashioned southern meal. When I took one step into this restaurant my body was consumed in flames (the good lord knows I over heat easily) the AC wasn’t on! In the middle of my prayers to the good lord himself I was handed my food. While wiping the sweat from my eyes I noticed a fly in my food. I said oh lord this is the mark of the beast! And left as fast as I could. This is an unholy eating establishment.

Paid $6 for fries with extra sauce only for me to get this much fries. Plus, the worker who works at the drive through doesn’t have good customer service. Don’t recommend coming to this zaxby’s.

The food is pretty good, but the staff doesn’t pay attention to the orders. I even used the mobile app to avoid confusion, but they still added twice as much of the items that were supposed to be removed.

Delicious! I recommend trying the fried pickles. We had a chicken sandwich and one with the straps inside with the spicier sauce. I liked the fries! The soda machine was one wherein had almost unlimited options. It was pretty good as far as fast food chicken goes. Didn’t taste too greasy and felt ok quality!

This was my first time at Zaxby’s, I’ve always gone to Raising Canes. I ordered a tender meal with fries, toast, and a drink. I’m the type of person who will go somewhere specifically for their fries at times; and these fries had zero flavor and tasted like a bag of store brought frozen fries made with no effort. The toast was okay and the tenders also didn’t seem to have too much flavor and were pretty small compared to their comp. I got three sauces and was charged, the ranch and fry sauce were both really good but the Spicy Zac sauce was just okay for me. Oh, but they have a fun flavored soda machine, so that’s a plus.

Decent food. Pretty expensive tho for what it is. Also the staff was pretty careless. Bunch of teenagers who seem like they hate their life… lol. They charge a looot for extra sauces. Spent $26 for two wings and things that’s normally $9.99. Got 3 extra sauces and racked it up a lot. I give it a 4/10. Not terrible but also not great. I’d recommend going somewhere else.

Ok so to start off the workers and customer service was amazing but the problem is that the food was sub par I bought the chicken fingers with bothe the hot honey mustard sauce and the hottest sauce (either atomic or nuclear can’t remember name.) And bothe had little too no flavor other than vinegar. I couldn’t taste the honey nor mustard in the honey mustard. Plus the soda and ice machine had not worked spitting out little to no ice and warm low carbonated soda overall likely just an off day so try it if it seems to get better reviews.

I had to wait I. The drive through 5-15 minutes. There was a car before me that also had to wait. I’m guessing that they must stop having food prepared since the wait was so long. The food was good, and if I go back it would be for lunch, just to see what if any wait there might be.

Usually love this place but the last time we went, we got there within an hour of closing. They took our order and were super friendly. We sat and waited for our food. Then while we were eating, one of the staff came by to tell us we had about 15 minutes to finish up because he needed to close up and we couldn’t be there.
