Very pleasant experience, the place was rather packed by the time we left it, but when seated we were offered more private section. The food was very good and the choice of craft beer is decent. Lobster fish cakes and calamari are my favorites. Snails were more plain, would not advise. Wedge salad is good too.

It was Saturday evening before Easter Sunday, extremely busy. I had 1 of their signature cocktails, Rum 44 Daiquiri it was strong and a little tart. Then I had clam chowder, everyone likes it different, it was good to my taste. Then then the Pear and Brie Salad, it was out of this world good. It’s a casual place , no dress up needed. The bartenders were friendly, maybe could have been a little more engaging. But it was busy so I kept 4 stars. It is very noisy, which is to be expected.

A decent place to visit if you are traveling to Rhode Island for a one day trip. They have lot of seafood options and I can say that you won’t be disappointed with any item from the menu. Something that should be tried is scallops. I don’t remember the name exactly but it was scallops appetizer that we love the most.

Ideally it’s a 3.5/5. Service was good just on the slow side. Apps were good we got boneless chicken and meatball sliders. Food was good overall. Only one bathroom so there was always a line. Atmosphere was fun and lots of TVs for football.

Excellent food, and Service, located right by the warf in a beautiful old building. Parking however is another story, The vegetable lo main was great, as was the Eggplant as an appetizer.

Great drinks and food. Pretty quick service. It was really busy when we first showed up but the hostess was great and took our number to call us back when a table was ready so we were able to just walk around the area in the meantime instead of waiting or going elsewhere. Great atmosphere and nice live music.

Excellent meal! The scallops were expertly prepared. The salmon was fantastic. The sefood bake was delicious. Good beverage selection, too. I like that this restaurant is somewhat of a hidden gem near the end of Thames. Don’t waste your time in long lines at some of the other places. Head over to Zelda’s instead.

Food AND service was meh. Had reservations and was seated at the high top right behind the hostess near the front door. Not a good start. Waiter came and we ordered drinks and perused the menu then ordered appetizers and entrees. That was the last time we saw our waiter until the bill arrived. Another staff delivered the apps. The chowder had a slight scorched flavor. Escargot was good. Kitchen staff shows up 10 minutes later to deliver entres while still eating the apps. We ended up putting the appetizer plates on the window ledge where they stayed the entire meal. The wedge salad with steak was a mess. The “wedge” was actually 3 hunks of iceburg lettuce on the plate covered with a mess of blue cheese dressing overflowing onto the table. There were 3 pieces of “meat” on the salad that was very difficult to cut, it was tough and stringy, very hard to cut. We all wanted a second drink and more water but our waiter was MIA the entire meal. No one checked to see if we needed anything since placing our orders. The hostess removed our plates after we ate and then voila, the waiter shows up to ask if we wanted anything else. By this time its time to cut our losses and get the heck out of there. Paid our bill and left. Crossing another one off the list sadly.

I’m am sure many people love this place. It just wasn’t for us. It’s just typical average pub food, nothing special. They should post in their description of the place that it’s a pub, not an actual restaurant. I’m not telling anyone not to go here. It’s just a place we won’t go to again.
