Decided to do the omakase on the recommendation of my friend, and I was not disappointed. Chef was very polite, respectful and professional. Food was authentic and beautifully prepared. Love Zen Sushi from first visit. Tonight was my 3rd time. Excellent food, service and atmosphere. Sitting at the bar is my favorite Bartenders, Brian, Marcello, & George are & super. Highly recommend Zen. Their Sushi is supreme. Can’t wait to go back and try their Thai dishes.

Do not kill the ducks for no reason!!! The poor bird does not deserve such a bad cooking. My shoe leather probably more chewable and tastier. worst Thai experience I had for a while. Feel really bad for the duck.

Lunch with the girls was fun. The lunch box definitely filling it was perfect amount of food for me. Shrimp dimsum was delicious crispy egg roll and shrimp eggplant was good too.

I was having a particularly bad week, and I stopped in alone to relax and eat my feelings. The sushi bar was reserved for a group, so I sat at the regular bar. Chatted with several bartenders who were friendly, witty, and attentive. They gave great suggestions. The food was fantastic! I had something called “NYC Sashimi Platter” which was a beautiful boat for one. All the fish tasted fresh and delicious. For dessert, I had a Korean Donut with a side of vanilla ice cream (as suggested by one of the guys) and it blew my mind! Maybe it was the laid back elegance of the place, maybe the food or service, or a combo of that with the bottle of sake I drank? But, I felt much better after my meal there. So much so, I left a 100% tip. Really great place to eat!

Simple Pleasures

We have now eaten here 2x. We live just down the street, so it is also very convenient. I love the outside seating. It’s very simple yet elegant at the same time. Their prices are decent, especially at lunch. They have a huge menu with lots to choose from Thai wise and Japanese.
