Took a long time for the pizza to get there, but it was really good. My husband enjoyed his gluten-free pizza. And I got the chicken bacon ranch. It was very filling and we got several meals out of it.

The food was okay, garlic knots weren’t buttered or had enough seasoning. The Zeppe original sandwich was good, and the philly was alright. Reason for low stars is it took 30+ minutes for myself and other people to get their food. Staff said they were “flooded” but only 10 people had ordered anything.

Ordered a large, somewhat complicated order for my daughter’s birthday party while visiting from out of town with extended family. Ended up missing one item and having a slight mixup with one of our pizzas. The store made it right and furthermore they delivered the missing/corrected items for us so I didn’t have to leave my daughter’s party. Great service! Food was very good. Appreciate the service in getting the issue resolved! Would order from here again.

The slice of pizza I had this afternoon tasted a bit funky, as if it had been sitting in the heat for a few hours and going bad. Whatever, I let it slide because it was $5 and rather expensive for a slice. I wish I didn’t.

When we arrived in Geneva we were hungry and Zeppes smelled so good as we were walking by that we couldn’t resist. Everything was cooked fresh to order and it was DELICIOUS. Staff were really friendly and you could tell they actually enjoyed their jobs which is rare nowadays. The prices were great also. I think we maybe spent $25 and 3 of us were full and satisfied.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We placed an online order for two pizzas, a salad and two orders of wings. Once we got home we realized that we had none of the dressings and dips for the salad and wings. Both of our pizzas were wrong. After multiple calls back to the restaurant they told us they would drop off the correct pizza in about 20 minutes. We decided to dive into the wings while we waited and ALL THE BONELESS WINGS WERE RAW. Unfortunately two people ate pieces of the raw wings. (See attached picture) When the worker showed up with the new pizza we showed him the RAW chicken wings and his response was just “oh they must have hit the wrong button on the fryer.”
