First time here. I loved the tasty flavors of their 8″ Grilled Chicken Philly Sub. Chunks of tender white meat chicken, fresh Peppers, Onions, Mushrooms, shredded Mozzarella, tossed with Olive Oil & a hint of Garlic. Mmm! Their crispy side Salad was refreshing for this HOT day. Nice little establishment. One complaint however – No Public Restrooms. What gives on that?

heard good things about this place so we decided to stop in and try it. placed our order with steven at the front computer and specifically asked for no tomatoes. we then waited 45 minutes for our pizza to be made as others were being served in and out. finally we get our pizza and the order has tomato’s on it. i had gotten up and fondly asked why there were tomato’s, that i requested no tomato’s. steven claims we had never said no tomato’s, when in fact we did and he repeated while we were ordering. again, i said ‘no there wasn’t supposed to be any tomato’s’ — a grown man decides to act like a child and mock me. ‘uh no you didn’t i’m the one who took your order and you never asked for that.’ and waved his hands over his ears in a childish manner. definitely don’t need to be running the front desk if your attitude was based on a 5 year olds.

I would love to give them a better rating however….. I usually get the same thing, meatball pepperoni parietal pizza. When it’s done right the flavor is incredible. But not everyone there cooks it the same. Pizza cheese should not be white when it’s cooked. When its like that the dough is raw in the center. If it’s ordered well done and burnt. There have been times that it’s missing toppings too. I love the flavor but they are very inconsistent.

I have been asking and paying for extra cheese on the classic club sub but I never get my extra cheese!!!!!! They say over and over again they will fix it but same old bull!!!!!!! Yet they charge me for it !!!!!!!! The guy who says he is the Sunday manager!!!!! Lol says there are different versions of extra cheese!!! Here is a photo of their version!

Found this place wandering around looking for a restaurant that was open, and had the pizza and pasta. The pizza was good for this area. The pasta with marina was outstanding. They did a great job with it even while slammed with orders. It tasted fresh and home made. The prices were reasonable. Well done.

Hello this was my first time ordering from this particular Zeppe’s restaurant I have to say the two managers Rebecca and Steve were fantastic very friendly very professional I called to place an order without having a menu and they helped me with my order I originally ordered a deluxe calzone but then called back 10 mins later and switched my order it to a Zeppe’s calzone capicola salami ham Etc they were very busy and they were very professional and the prices were fair and the calzone was cooked excellently and I will be ordering again soon… However I do have one issue I did however order extra pepperoni on my order and it did not normally come on this calzone so I ordered it extra and somehow that item did get missed??? But after eating the first half of the large calzone which was delicious but I did not taste the pepperoni or seeing it in any of the bites I took! So I took the second half and pulled the top back and search through it and it was definitely missing the pepperoni! Not a huge deal but hopefully the next time I order which will be soon we can make sure the pepperoni gets on there it is my favorite item thank you very much I appreciate you taking care of me in a professional and timely manner and I will be definitely ordering again. my email does not match my name the order would have been under D. Walker! I will be calling tomorrow after you guys open up again to talk to the manager and explain but I am still very satisfied and will be ordering again soon take care have a great night

Order a cheese pizza and Pepsi at 5:20, knew that order would take 40-50 minutes. Estimate time delivery was 6:01. Called the store and they said “it’s Friday night we are busy but pizza is in the car and it’s on its way.” Around 6:20. No pizza so called again at 6:50 and told them the deal of what was happening. Employee said that they a very backed up, I asked if I can be given a discount or money refunded since it was almost an hour late. Employee said that since they are so busy no because they can’t talk long on the phone. Got pizza at 7, and it was cold. Never going there again.

Whether I am ordering from a location on the east side or am on the west side of town, their food and service is generally pretty excellent. They make very decent pizza, fine wings, and have some of the meatiest boneless wings the city has to offer, and since the price of regular wings have skyrocketed all across the board, I have tried many boneless wings over the past year and Zeppe’s are among the finest. My only bit of constructive criticism is they could do a bit better fully coating the wings. Their Nashville Hot is superb in my opinion. Also, while not huge, their subs are very tasty most of the time.
