Yep, it’s a little dive on the main drag in New London, but our experience was wonderful!! We both had breakfast and my husband had steak and eggs. Low and behold it was a generous piece of tenderloin very well cooked to his liking. I just want to add that the reviews complaining about wait times… come on, this lady is cooking to order, from scratch! That takes time to do right, you’re not at McDonald’s. The wait staff was friendly without being intrusive. All in all I would absolutely have breakfast there again!!

I would give a negative rating if it was an option. Staff was rude, took 45min to get 1 appetizer, small order if cheese curds which we ordered to come with the meal and then another 10 min for a grilled cheese that was not melted at all. Just warmed enough for the cheese to stick to each other. Then another 5min for the french dip and side of fries. When ordering 2 meals, I would expect them to come out at the same time and for the amount of time it took to make they should of been made perfect! No flavor, horrible service, and prices way too high for what you are getting. Oh should of mentioned there was only 2 other tables when we first came in, and both already had their food.

The restaurant is newly opened and was busy. The servers were amazing and the food was very good. The owners come out and talk with customers to see how everything was. I find it refreshing to see owners caring about the customers and their feedback. The staff were all very pleasant and continued to check on not only us but the tables around us. The food came back as it was ordered and tasted great. They make quite a few items home made. They also offer gluten free options on the menu.

Oliva needs a lot more training as a server. I waited over 30 minutes for 2 eggs, corned beef hash, and an English muffin. I was charged $12.50 as priced for this meal as stated on the menu plus another $2.50 for the eggs and $2.50 for the English muffin. Oliva swiped my card about 10 times before a just paid cash. The food was okay but I guess I don’t know how you could screw up warming up hash and making toast.

Thought we would give it a few weeks before trying. Should of waited longer. Seemed very unorganized. Didn’t have enough menus and it was not that busy. We overheard a couple next to us say they have been waiting almost a hour. It took awhile to even get a menu to order. The prices seemed high for nothing coming with the burgers. And the charge for cheese seemed ridiculous and I never got the cheese I ordered. My wife ordered the Parmesan wings and they brought our regular wings. Forgot the fries that she ordered. And the soda was very syrup tasting. So I wouldn’t recommend going. Bottom line the wait is long, food was ok but for the prices should be way better. Feels very cluttered and tight.

I visited Zero’s three times. The first time there were four of us. After waiting 20minutes to get coffee, then another 20 minutes to order, three orders came and my friends order was wrong. My eggs had an egg shell in it! The second time my friends order came, it was completely wrong, so she said forget it and had no breakfast
