They mess up my order EVERY TIME I go there. I will now be checking my order before I leave.. I’m not sure how I would get lettuce on a sandwich thay doesn’t come with it of I asked for tomato. Also unsure of how I seem to have food missing from my order that I never thought to check their work ( its just sandwiches) to get home ( which is a 40 minute drive for me) amd be missing food like French fries I ordered and paid for. Unbelievable. I had even seen an employee argue with a customer who asked for something they forgot to put on his sandwich. The food is delicious. However, they need to pay attention to theor work.

Customer service is great! We came in about 1hr before closing time order a pizza and a Philly cheesesteak and a meatball sub. It was slightly cold and tasted like a burnt chemical. Sucks cause I was really trying to show my wife that zeroes was great being that I eat at the Portsmouth location often and it’s great

Great food.. horrible service.. incompetent workers. Was placed on hold for over 6 minutes just to be told that their not taking call in orders. when asked why even put me on hold she says they were taking calls in but stopped while they had me on hold so it was pretty much fuk me and my order. ♀️ so I’ll be taking a break from there definitely during the afternoon shifts.

My favorite Zero’s! It’s a frequent weekend stop for us. I love how all the employees smile when I have to ring the bell on the counter. My meal is always the way it should be, even if it’s not always consistent on topping amountages. For a gas station, food stop they are friendly enough and fast enough with still some good tastes. If I was a high schooler seeking employment, this place seems like its would be satisfying.

I love Zero’s Subs. I hate they closed the Franklin location. They staff is always friendly and courteous with a safe travels for you when you leave. The wait time they give you for grill items may sound long but it is well worth it and it is actually not even that long. They be moving those orders and they are accurate. If you are in the downtown Suffolk area give them a try you won’t be disappointed.
