Great place for something different in the Signia. Some great apps including edamame and dumplings – boiled or fried. The sushi was great and had some great bowls. My only negative is price. Fairly small portions and very expensive for what you get. The cocktails are very expensive.

This was the highlight of our stay at Signia. My husband and I came here for dinner and we didn’t want to leave. The food, drinks and staff were awesome. We started off with that Tuna Nachos. I swear we could have had a plate each. My main dish was the short rib bibimbap. Ask for extra sauce if you want a kick to it. My husband had two sushi rolls and it was plenty of good.

I was surprised to when I eat here. I’m not a sushi person so our waiter was very helpful. He suggested all of these plates you see below. Salad was full of flavor and a good portion. We then had our appetizer (that’s what I call it lol). It was a rib with cucumber and salad on what seemed to be some kind of flat bread. The flavor was sweet, but not to sweet. It made you want more and that’s good. Then we passed on to our main dish I had a plate that contained eggs, white jasmine rice, cooked mushrooms, cucumbers, fried pork, spinach and a type of salad that had a hit of spaciness. WOW!!! I would have never thought to have had a combination like that. My mouth was in a state of coma from all the different flavor it was experiencing. My husband had chicken with jasmine rice and cabbage. He tasted mine and wanted my plate lol… For desert we had a chocolate brownie with pecan topped with a scoop of vainilla ice cream. What a great meal. My server was on point with refills and making sure we liked our meal and that everything was good. All o needed now was a wheel barrel to carry me out. I was so satisfied and happy with my meal. I want to thank you for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be coming back and letting all of our friends and family know about this place. The only down side was when we went to pick up sour car the tall white blond hair gentlemen would not leave till he was tipped. So I had no choice but to break a 20 to tip him. Then on top off that we would not give my money and asked how much money I wanted back. I was really annoyed about this. I know it’s not the restaurant fault this why I did not given them anything less stars.

Staying at the Wyndham grand for a conference but thought I would check out other local restaurants and was pleasantly surprised with the wonderful options and lovely staff. The Bao buns best I have had and the Tuna nachos amazing!

If you stay at the Waldorf Astoria and the restaurant menus are too meat focused or uninspiring Zeta, a short walk from the Waldorf lobby is an option. Excellent service. This is just the meal I wanted after a long day. The miso soup has larger than expected tofu, the pork in the bao buns is crispy, the short rib bibimbap is good. The chocolate cake with coconut gelato is yummy. Lots of television screens if watching football is of interest.
