Did on online order yesterday at 6:45pm. Ordered two items estimated time 7:45. Well at 8:45 with several attempts to call cause no one answers. He said they were running 2 hours for deliveries. Called again several times no one picks up at 9:30 no food yet. We are almost 3 hours now. Food came at 10:20. Almost 4 hours. How long was it sitting for. Would you want to eat it? We told the driver about it. They kept the food and we are still waiting for a refund. My boyfriend called them today to talk about his refund and he was rudly hung up on. Great customer service right. What company hangs up on a customer that waited 4 hours for food and never got to eat a thing. Thank you

I had ordered on Friday night last week 8/11/2023. It took them 2 hours to get me my food when it got here me and my family were disappointed it was cold, but still ate because we were hungry. A few bites into my chicken lo mein I noticed the chicken had a weird flavor to it I didn’t pay that much mind just thought it could’ve been an unseasoned batch, NO EVEN WORSE. I woke up Saturday morning with unbearable pain in my stomach kidney area I had to call into work I slept most of the day thinking it would get better, I woke up soaked in sweat an the pain had gotten worse. Not having a car I couldn’t bring myself to the emergency room so I had to wait till Sunday to get in. I woke up Sunday morning an had to slouch an try not breathe in all the way to deal with the pain on the way to the hospital. I got there and they said I had a kidney infection cause by E. coli… DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Im gonna be taking legal precautions because this is unacceptable. I would hate for this to happen to someone else let alone their little one or family. So I’m gonna try my best to make sure I spread the word. Never ordering from here again.

They don’t know how to handle deliveries -DO NOT order from them. They took over 2 hrs (1 hr past the given time) to deliver our food. I called for a half hour to see what the ETA was and couldn’t get thru because I learned afterwards they “shut off their phones” because they were too busy. When I finally got thru the guy on the phone was a condescending jerk who made excuses like it was our fault for ordering delivery when they were so busy. POOR customer service. couldn’t even get my address right when it was sitting right in front of him.

Used to be by GO TO Chinese restaurant. Last night I ordered not knowing they were under NEW OWNERSHIP… only reason I was made aware was because the delivery driver who took 60 min to deliver made me aware as kind of an excuse as to why he was so late . Food was down right terrible. It’s really unfortunate what ownership can do to a place . Couldn’t even finish my plate. VERY dissatisfied.

I love this restaurant! Their sesame chicken is so good. The staff is friendly and happy. The prices are reasonable. I’ve only picked up food to go or eaten it there, we don’t live close enough for delivery. Every experience I’ve had at Zhong Hua has been positive.

Order food at around 8:25 p.m. from their online menu. The order went through I was told that my order would be ready at 8:44. Get a call at 8:43 that they’re done taking orders and they will not be making! I ordered my food over an hour before they were supposed to close and they call me back right when I’m supposed to be picking up my order to let me know I can’t even get anything!

There are a lot of bad versions of broccoli with garlic sauce out there, but this one was the absolute worst. It should be called “broccoli floating in a bowl of cheap oil with lots of sugar.” No flavor other than salt. Even the rice was overcooked. Nearly inedible. There was also a mysterious extra charge (about $1.25, in addition to the sales tax) that wasn’t on the printed reciept but was charged to my card.

their lunch specials are a great deal! i always order the veggie lo mein or veggie fried rice and it always hits the spot. Always super fast service as well. & they have free delivery! Best chinese food i’ve found in Duluth so far
