The food was good. Rib meat fell off the bone. The potato salad was exceptional. Tye vinegar slaw was also great. And o thought the baked beans were exceptionally good also. The pulled pork in the band really made it. My only dub was a one of the rub bones was less than desirable and fell apart. Not sure what that was about. But on the whole this was a great place with great food and great service. I would return and suggest you give it a try!

Tried to serve an undercooked burger. When attempting to bring it to their attention by phone, the person just said “ok, ty” and tried to end the call. Did not offer to make it right. Did not offer to have a manger call. Attempted to bring it to their attention on FB, had 3 people who i can only assume are employees attempt to gaslight me, but deleted their posts shortly after, followed by whoever runs their FB page telling me to google smoked burgers and i’d see I was wrong. What i saw was them skipping over multiple smoked burgers that looked much more well done than theirs. Pointing this out only made the petty person running their FB page block me. Pathetic. Didn’t make one comment about the poor customer service received over the phone.

Came in to get a family pack for dinner tomorrow and got a sandwhich for now just to try them out. I really shouldn’t have done that because I’m so tempted to just open the bag and try everything else. Very delicious and will be back!

Second time I’ve purchased food here. First time they forgot 2 dozen wings. Of course, I didn’t notice until I was home (30 minutes away). Today the order was correct. Unfortunately, the ribs were burnt. I’m so wanting this place to be successful. Ya’ll are making it hard on me.

If you’re ever just outside Nashville and headed south, come check out this jem! Their barbecue sauce was sweet, the meat (pork) was moist and well done. Add a side of fried okra and it was absolute heaven. Not to mention, I love supporting small mom & pop restaurants. Give them a try!

Ziffels had the best mac and cheese that i have ever had. They changed it and now it sucks. That mac and cheese was why we went there. The brisket is good but not memorable same with the pulled pork. Sadly they have lost our business.
