I’ve been going here for a few months now. New to the area and hate that all I see are Starbucks. This place is incredible! They are always so sweet and seem to really care. This is by far the best Ziggi’s location here on the Front Range! Gaby, Ashleigh & Cole are Super Stars and deserve to be celebrated. Rain or shine these three super-humans are here to be of service and know how to welcome their customers. Our girls adore them, and as a parent it warms my heart knowing that these guys are always kind, patient and welcoming whenever we come through the drive-thru. They take the time to make helpful suggestions, remember our names, and are making a solid impact in their community. I cannot recommend this location or company enough, they honestly hire the best of the best~

Wonderful experience, the matcha was amazing! Best I’ve had from an establishment in Colorado! The girl who was working the window (Gaby) was really sweet to me and had amazing customer service. As a college student I love coming here to study and drink a fun little drink. 10/10, would recommend !!

A home away office where everyone knows your name. This has been the perfect place to work during the day among friendly and wonderful baristas. I have the most boring coffee order but they still remember it every time. I appreciate how clean and kept the store always is. The warm greeting and smiles every time I show up is always welcoming. And the tall tables give me a good so called standing desk as I work. Thank you to everyone I interact with weekly, and for laughing at my corny jokes.

Super disappointed in my experience today and previous 2 times this week. My husband and I came in memorial day morning. As we had been here two time before this week because we love the location and honestly love this specific store. There was 2 baristas one on bar and the other was on drive-thru (B). B was and has always been a great example of how great customer service should be. The barista on bar however had made our experience so uncomfortable. When we asked for utensils it seemed like we were bothering her to do her job by providing utensils to go along with our food. We didn’t even interrupt her because it was busy in the drive-thru. Still gave a “thank you” but nothing in return.The whole time we dined in there was nothing but grunts and foul language coming from her. As customers walked in she would look and shake her head. At one time she said people would feel her wrath. Being on bar and more closer to the FOH I would coach her into being more professional.

I have been a regular at the Federal Heights Ziggi’s since they opened. The staff are all amazing. My favorite item is the Strawberry Banana Smoothie with protein added. One day I decided to order something different. I ordered it incorrectly because I wanted it frozen and ordered iced. It was completely my error but Bernadette and James were so quick to offer to correct my mistake. Every time I walk into this store the staff greets me with a smile and warm welcome. Ziggi’s is reasonably priced with so many drink choices. I prefer Ziggi’s over other competitors. Best part is most the store products are bought locally, supporting CO small businesses. Wow!!! You rock Ziggi’s!!!! Thank you to all the staff at the Federal Heights Ziggi’s store for their hard work.
