This location is always out of multiple items. Everytime I order a drink with whipped cream they forget it and I have to ask again and get attitude. It takes around 5 min per car in the drive thru and they are not friendly once you get to the window. I recommend the Mead location not this one

This Firestone by king Soopers location used to be the best fast and accurate. It’s terrible now long waits b cause the are messing around barely working use the Frederick locations if you want good service

I’ve been going to this Ziggi’s coffee location for years and they’ve been pretty great. However, the past three months give or take the customer service, products and wait times have are driving my business elsewhere. Customer service – I was use to staff at Ziggi’s being friendly, offering a bean with my coffee and pup cup when I had my dog with me. This is no longer the case here. Products – the quality of drinks has diminished a significant amount. My $5+ coffee today is undrinkable as it’s completely watered down and unmixed. I do not have time to wait another ten minutes for a new one. Wait times – I’m fine with time to wait for coffee as most drive throughs have a line. However, I dislike the extreme wait times at this location even with smaller lines. It seems as though they are overwhelmed. After today’s experience, it’s time to give Ziggi’s a break.

Ziggis is usually our go to coffee shop. As of late, the quality and friendliness seems to have diminished some and the last few times we’ve been there, our coffees aren’t nearly as full as usual. This morning I ordered a 16 oz hot coffee and it was a full inch plus below the rim. Just been feeling like the service and quality has become mediocre.
