It’s another frou frou coffee place. It’s better than Starbucks, in my opinion, and they give you chocolate covered coffee beans. Also, they have “pup cups”; my cat was psyched.

Today they changed from Red Bull infusions to whatever knockoff energy blend they are using now…. Talk about a giant let down… Red Bull infusions without the Red Bull…. IT DOESN’T TASTE THE SAME. Not even close… the ONLY reason I came here was for the RED BULL Infusions…. Island Breeze with RED BULL…. If I wanted a knock off energy blend, I wouldn’t even drink these. From five stars to less than 1 if I could. Sorry, not sorry There is nothing that tastes like Red Bull…. And for that… I sadly won’t be back ♂️

I’m normally a straight up black coffee drinker. When I do want something more, I’ll get a mocha with almond or mint.. I’m not certain what brand they use but their flavoring syrups as not cloyingly sweet, which I very much prefer. Next time I stop by, I may ask for an custom Aztec Mocha.

I came through not knowing what I wanted and asked for something special and they got it right away. Service is always super friendly, when there is a lot of cars it can be really really slow then. The only thing I really do not like as if I pay with a credit card and they asked me for a tip. I hate that. I would much rather just fill out the whole touchscreen on my own and give what I want to give without being solicited. But I do love the coffee and I do love the staff here!

They make good coffee, but terrible customer service. They forgot one of my drinks on my mobile order instead of making it and giving me what I paid for, they basically called me a liar. I showed them my receipt they made the drink, but were very rude about it. No apologies no making it right. This is the second time this has happened. Customer is king!

May I suggest Joyful Brews right down the road! This ziggis is the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to. I got the Java Chip and it just tasted like water with chocolate. There couldn’t have been coffee in it. This place was never good to begin but somehow it gets worse everytime I go.
