This place is so convenient for a quick coffee/breakfast pickup. Very extensive drink menu and great food options. Java chip blender was amazing. I also love the staff. They’re all so nice! Don’t forget to pick up a punch card so you can earn some free goodies.

I went today for the first time because I had a free coffee flier that came in the mail. The lady who talked to me at the window had excellent customer service. She was super nice and didn’t make me feel less just because I was using the free drink coupon (for some reason people do that these days). Everything from ordering the drink to getting it was a great experience and I wanted to give a shout out to them because they deserve it.

I have been coming to this shop for awhile now because I loved the staff and the coffee. Unfortunately this will no longer be the case. After switching to night shift I started coming late in the day. The staff in the evening is not pleasant. I don’t know if they are new, I don’t recognize them from the morning times I use to go. They don’t seem to understand that we can hear them at the drink window when they are talking to each other. Talking about absurdly inappropriate things and bad mouthing their coworkers. They should really be ashamed. The management or their corporate office should be made aware. This is going to lose them business.
