It’s easy to order at Zimbu because the vegan items, as well as the gluten free items, are clearly marked on the menu. Almost all of the food is out front on display letting you see what you’re ordering. The food is also prepared in front of you. If you’re curious about the flavor or spiciness of any item, samples are offered for you to try. If your sensitive to spicy-hot food, be aware that there are a lot of spicy items. I ordered a rice bowl with chili tofu and coconut sauce. Both the tofu and sauce had hotness that I’d rate 4/10, which to me is hot but tolerable enough to still enjoy the food. I enjoyed my meal as did the other non-vegans in my group.

All of the food at this place is phenomenal and you really can’t go wrong with ordering anything off of their menu. The owner is obviously very passionate about good food and goes out of his way to make sure that you find the dish that you’ll enjoy the most, so be sure to ask about samples when you go in. I highly recommend the MoMos, which are made fresh while you wait and come in a savory sauce on the side.

Nice place for a quick trip to the Himalayas! Buffet style similar to Panda Express. Food was fast, flavorful and fulfilling. They encouraged tasting the different flavors as you choose the food for your bowl. Good vegetarian selections and recyclable paper bowls, thank you!

Great place for some quick Indian food! Their setup allows for quick food, and a generous portion! I plan on coming by again, and it’s a great pickup stop on the way home from work for a quick dinner. Will be back!

Very mediocre Indian food. They were out of a lot of ingredients for some of the dishes and most everything they had didn’t taste fresh. We ordered the Chicken Curry bowl and the pork chowmein. In both cases, the meat was overcooked and tough, and the flavors were just not great – a result of being left on the warmer all day, I think. The naan bread wasn’t as good as others I have tried. Customer service was OK.

Loved it. Pork chilli was awesome- just the right amount of heat. Timmur chicken was great too. Loved the clean feeling of the place. Smelled so good it was hard to choose. Complaints- just want more of it. But portion sizes were honestly just right. Didn’t leave hungry; didn’t leave overly stuffed. We will be back.

They just opened 5 days ago! This location is well designed with bright colors and open design. Love their coconut curry and roasted chicken. Couldn’t stop ordering those spring rolls. And mango drink is a family favorite.

I love Zimbu and also this location!! Having an option for fast-fresh Indian/Nepali food is a dream for me. The location is inviting, clean, and well decorated. The people there are super helpful and friendly. And the food is wonderfully delicious, with fantastic vegetarian options. If you’re in the area (or even have to drive a long way!) I would highly recommend making a stop at Zimbu.
