This was my first time eating at ZIMI. Our waiter Joe was very well versed in everything on the menu. The food is made fresh and from scratch. I loved it. The calamari, broccolini, gnocchi and fresh baked bread are delicious. I talked to a customer and her mother at the next table about how good the food is. My daughter and I left tge restaurant feeling pleasantly full and happy. This restaurant is now in my rotation of places to eat out. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is good for a family outing or a date night. There is a bar in the restaurant if you just want to stop in for a drink.

With everything made from scratch in house, Zimi has become my go to local place for Italian food in West Delray. Homemade pasta and sauce, classic Italian dishes as well as wings and pizza, all served by attentive, experienced staff in a modern edgy decorum with most dishes LESS THAN $20! I did not need a reservation at 6 on the Saturday night before Father’s day, but I have a feeling this place will get popular by next winter, so try it now and avoid the rush later.

Great new restaurant!! We’ve dined here 5 times. Each experience has been wonderful. The food is very good. Large portions (especially things like Chicken Francise) with reasonable prices. The service is amazing. The manager will often make the rounds to ensure everyone is happy. The pizza is excellent as well. Nice place for a cappuccino too. The atmosphere is sleek and modern with a very nice bar in middle of dining area. Outside sitting on sidewalk but still relaxing. Plenty of parking as it’s located in newer strip mall. Don’t delay, visit this restaurant asap. Great for families a d large parties too!

The BEST homemade pasta EVER! Wow. I finished the entire Chicken Parmesan plate in one sitting even though it was a huge portion! And can’t forget the awesome wait staff which treated us like we were family. Especially Wanda G! We’ll definitely come back – if not for the food – then the service!

last night was my third time there I must say the restaurant is a good five star rating. The food is delicious. The salmon was one of the best pieces of salmon I had came with broccolini $25 couldn’t be price better also the Bronzini, which was on special that night was also excellent pastas are good. The pizzas are delicious. This is a new restaurant which will be very crowded very soon as soon as the world gets out the first time I went they had an issue with service not enough people to help, but I must say the waitress Casey was well trained to be excellent server nice knowledgeable, indoor outdoor seating, homemade machine to make the pizza on premises. Everything is made in the house, including the bread. You need to ask for it if you want some. No parking issue !!! Free !!!

I’m not very used to eating Italian food but I was very curious about this restaurant. I wanted to adventure out of my norm and try something new. The food was 4/5 and the waiter was 5/5. The overall experience was great. I ordered the meatballs as a starter, it was very hearty and meaty and Chicken Parmesan for the main. It was tangy and the chicken was crispy. The pasta was fresh made. Great experience. I recommend trying it at least once.
