Had a great lunch 1st time visiting Zin. Comfortable nice good atmosphere. Our waitress was so sweet, she was super attentive, great personality and helpful with the menu choices. We had the endless bottle of bubbly & cranberry juice. I had the wedge salad with grilled chicken it was amazing the chicken was seasoned and moist , it was an awesome lunch on a hot day .

We popped in for a snack. We had no issues getting service, even though it was very busy. The service was immediate, and the drinks were great. There happy hour ran for a long time. So we enjoyed a bunch of bites. Fried Blue Cheese Olives, Zin Bites, Fries, and the soup of the day. All were really good. It wasn’t loud and obnoxious as some places, so it was extremely pleasant. Definitely a try if in Palm Springs.

We ended up there because the restaurant we planned to go was closed unexpectedly. But we were really glad we ate there. From the receptionist, to the waiter and other staff, all were excellent and professional. We got there pretty late and they never gave us the feeling of being rushed. The food was wonderful. I had their Macadamia Crusted Chicken Schnitzel and I really loved it! I certainly recommend it.

Recently had the pleasure of dining at Zin American Bistro, where we were served by Michelle. From the moment we were seated, she was nothing short of exceptional. Michele’s knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her suggestions turned out to be spot-on. Her approach was the perfect blend of professional and personal, making our dining experience truly memorable. Her attentiveness to detail and proactive service ensured our glasses were always full and our plates cleared in a timely manner. In an era where customer service seems to be diminishing, Michelle was a shining star. I want to commend her for her superb service and contribution to our wonderful evening. Will definitely be back, and highly recommend asking for Michele when you visit.

2/6/32: we (4) went back for dinner. The service remains very good. The Halibut, Root Vegetable Ragout were good. The Chicken Schnitzel portion was generous, my Buttermilk Fried Chicken were crunchy (which I like) and dry on the inside. I did let the chef, Nicole, know about it and she will look into it.
