I got the Bruce Lee and hands down it’s the tastiest burger I have had in years! The fries were also so delicious! My co-worker had the western burger and he said it was also full of flavor. You can tell these burgers are fresh. The taste was amazing. I can’t wait to come by and try another! Definitely a spot to check out if you are a burger fan or a fan of an great atmosphere.

This place was so welcoming because of Julie, the cashier. She is such a kind soul and was helping me with what to order. When I was waiting for my food, Jeremiah also stepped in and made sure I was taken care of. They are such great people and made my day. The food was also so delicious and very filling!!

The burger was a real, hearty, juicy burger and I was surprised! The recent reviews were right, not sure why it’s a low rating. I think people expect too much at the airport and get crabby too easily at food workers here. The food took 10-15 minutes to get and there were more fries than I could eat. Glad I got the ketchup for the fries, since they are very lightly seasoned. The burger was a double patty and I was very full. Bun was yummy, caramelized onions too. And they made it a little pink, just like I asked! Will stop by again! (In airport)

WOW!!! I am impressed with this place in the Phoenix Airport! I couldn’t decide which place to eat at. It was between 3 but after looking at some of the reviews I decided to go to this place. I had the Diablo Burger & it was amazing. I didn’t know it was a double patty burger. It was hot off the grill with pepper jack cheese, roasted jalapeños & the chipotle sauce is so good. I had to wait a little longer then others because of the sweet potato fries. I didn’t mind because they were fresh! I would highly recommend this place!

Actually a very good burger as airport food goes. The fries were slightly soggy, but fresh tasting. The Zinfandel caramelized onions were very tasty along with the cheese. 2 beef patty were unexpected. The meal filled me up. I grabbed an iced tea from the Olive and Ivy next. Fresh brewed tea and very good.

Don’t visit the Zin Burger at the Phoenix airport if you have less than an hour before your connecting flight. The food is pretty good, especially considering it’s at an airport, but the service is super slow. I went here twice and once had to run to make my connecting flight, burger in hand. Speed up your service and you’ll have a nice airport establishment.

Raw chicken sandwich and food poisoning on an airplane was not joe I wanted to spend my morning… customer service was great, I’m just not sure how they could let something so vile leave the kitchen. There’s no call back contact or way to get a refund. Very upsetting experience, as I’ve been on back to back flights for days.
