Decided to give this place a try and I’m glad I did. We ordered a chicken sub and a small all meat pizza well done..the sub was great the toasted bread was really good…the pizza was cooked perfectly for well done. Love the sauce they use and the sausage they use is amazing. It’s definitely the best sausage I’ve had in the Belleville area. Will definitely be going back…..pricing seemed to be on point to me as well.

The food is great, they are very polite. They made a mistake and they fixed it promptly and free of charge with a refund and a smile. I definitely reccomend this pizza joint, even though they close early; definitely worth eating here.

First time having Zino’s in years. When we first called we were left on hold for a few minutes and decided to hang up. They called back and apologized about the long wait and asked if we were still wanting to order. My father did the order and said they were very helpful and polite. When he went to pick up the pizza, the first 4-5 parking spots by the door were taken and had to park far from the door. When he walked in there were no customers in the store. They were all the employees cars. Overall a good experience but would suggest to have parking spots near the door open for potential customers.

I only leave reviews if it was extremely good or extremely bad. I live down the street from the Zuni on Sumpter and the delivery took an hour and a half for 3 simple burgers and some breaded mushrooms for my two kids and I. When the food finally arrived they forgot the mushrooms. My son takes a bite into his burger AND BLOOD oozes out, it was almost entirely pink and RAW with the exception of the light browned thin layer of the outside of the patty. He almost puked! It was disgusting! So we called and let them know the state of the food we received. He acted as if it was no big deal, said there was a new cook in the kitchen so he (guy on the phone) would just make them himself. He asked for our address and asked what kind of 2 liter we wanted. When they brought back the replacement burgers after another hour, they were burned, black and hard as can be; I wish I had the option the attach an image to this review . I didn’t bother calling back, I am entirely fed up, done with this Zinos being that the first time we ordered from them it took a ridiculous amount of time and they forgot half of the order. Think twice before ordering here. My family and I didn’t even have dinner last night after waiting a total of three hours for our food only for it to be inedible on both occasions.

I bit into a shard of glass in my pizza, immediately took the piece into the store to show them what was in my food and they denied that something like that would ever be in their pizza. The manager Saad and owner Toby told me there is nothing they could do for me and that I was wrong/lying to them.

I live about 10 min away from this business. About 2 months ago it took over 2 hours and 3 phone calls to receive our order. They typically take longer then anticipated but this was ridiculous. We were told 30-45 min. When I called at the 1 hour mark they hadn’t even made our food. We were promised 50% off our next purchase which we attempted to redeem tonight, and wouldn’t you know it they have no record of that promise. I’ll never use this establishment again

They have good pizza plus a big menu…all food I’ve ordered has been wonderful..try their subs or chicken wings..they also deliver and will deliver grocery supplies as long as you order food

Called the restaurant at 9:15 for a pizza and was rudely told the kitchen was closed already. I asked them why and apparently it just takes that long to clean it. I have never been so dissatisfied, every other place will let you order you til close. The laziness of their staff is deplorable, why hasn’t management taken action?

Great place we have certain dietary issues they always make to order request and if they cant thier very polite about it,plus i havent been able to drive for 6months due to my health and when i order food i useally get a few grocery items and their great about it. Plus delivery guys always friendly and ask how im doing..luv thier subs and deep dish pizzas..

Poor food. The pizza was like an elementary school Friday lunch. Most of the time delivered cold, and not with in the time given. Their burgers are even worse. All around bad experiance. I imagine there’s a lunch lady back there loosing her mind in the kitchen.
