I ordered by phone, within 10 minutes it’s ready to go! Cashier is very friendly and prompt . I love their spaghetti sauce, I don’t know what their secret! The garlic bread is very good and soft. Oh and the gondola , so good! I toast it to make the top bread crispy and cheese to melt, so so good. The noodles seemed to be overcook and not “al dente”

Ordered the Family Feast meal. In the spaghetti bucket, I got not even a quarter of spaghetti sauce. It was mostly noodles. I’m sorry, but if a restaurant can’t hire competent people or at least managers that over look their employees than they should close up shop and go home. Their ratings are probably paid for. Their sauce is bland as chewing on a dog bone. They are only succeeding is because the are the only spaghetti house that deliveres. If you order from here. Don’t tip the driver. 5 dollar delivery charge is more than enough. If that is not going to the driver. I’m sorry, but ten to fifteen dollars to GrubHub or Doordash is repulsive. Time for us to wise up with our money. Get people back to work the right way. Get businesses in check or make them close. Just my opinion. Do what you want.

Ordered a pizza for dinner Monday evening 8/7/23 that was supposed to be delivered within 24 mins of my order being placed upon confirming my order there was a glitch in the system and my delivery was never processed but money was taken off my card I called the number listed on my receipt and the staff was very rude I don’t believe in accepting bad customer service I won’t be ordering in the future‼️‼️

I ordered family feast and half a cheesy bread and I requested six plates and silverware for my family which they charge you $0.25 per plate with silverware for your family. I called back because I only had four plates and five silverware and she asked me to recount the plates saying that it was marked for 5 and there is for plates. I told her that whoever took the order wrote it down wrong. I requested six and I’m upset because I paid for that I get it’s only 25 cents. But I don’t have a working kitchen sink right now so I don’t have plates etc. For my household. She HUNG UP on me. I will be doing pickup from a different zio’s from here on out.

This used to be a “go to” restaurant every time we were in the Cedar Rapids area. We were meeting up with friends on this visit and were the only ones in the restaurant for nearly our entire visit. The waitress was great, and thankfully she told us about lunch specials which weren’t on the menu. Serving sizes were good and the quality was just ok. My daughter got fettuccine alfredo, but did not like it. I had the meatballs and spaghetti which wasn’t the best I had, but it was good for the price. We all liked the garlic bread that came with our meals.
