Come say “Hey!” To Alora at this Zip’s location. They’re lucky to have her! She’s super friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. She was training someone new while also running the drive through and front counter. She did so with ease and efficiency!

Didn’t expect my burger to be thrown in the bag. Asked to add bacon – got one slice. The service seemed fake. They weren’t busy in the slightest so I definitely expected more care to be taken when making the food.

Went through drive through asked for no salt fries and chicken strips. Because they oversalt. She looked pussed when i got to window. I asked her to wipe side of drionk had soda down side. She roller eyes said yeah. Got food was salted.

My chicken bacon swiss only had chicken on it, and my regular fry came with about 14 fry’s. They also charged everything separately instead of in a combo so we over paid 10 dollars over the posted combo price.

This is (usually) the better Zips location in town. However, tonight, our chicken was over fried, dry, & room temp. We asked for lots of tarter, (no mention of fry sauce), received ZERO tarter, only fry sauce. Discovered this after we got home, having driven extra to go to this location. Super irritating. It’s only sauce, but I could’ve been fine with dry chicken if I had gotten the right sauce.
