I keep going back to Zips on Thain because I like the food. Papa Joe Combo is my go to meal. I order a regular size because I always get a lot of hot, crispy fries. My wife had the fish recently and really enjoyed it. Definitely will keep coming back.

Zip’s is always a good classic American burger and fries place. But this particular Zip has hands down the best customer service, everyone was friendly and they all made sure, including the guy cooking in the back, that our order was exactly what we wanted. They told my son Jack that they were naming his custom ordered milk shake after him.

Food had been great. Restrooms are/were clean. The restrooms are single occupancy which is so nice. Being a caregiver to my wife who had a stroke and needs help in the restroom. A lot of places do not understand what disabled people go through and don’t think about restroom designs in the least.

I’m not one to write reviews but this is the worst drive thru experience ever. The woman taking our order kept cutting us off and we corrected her twice but she still got all three of our items wrong. And on top of it we had literal stems in place of our lettuce on our I correctly ordered items. Should have thought on the price of everything but didn’t think to check until we finally arrived at home. Very disappointed in the service at the new location.
