You really need to teach your front line staff people skills. Today we went in for a basic meal, she became flustered when I told her that the price on the board vs the price on the register were different. Instead of asking for help, she just looked at me and smiled and said “I don’t know what to do” – I asked if she was new, and she was. I told her that it was ok, but again, she just stood there.

My wife talks about Zip’s all the time from when she was in college. I never believed it was good as she hyped it up to be. Boy was I wrong. Simplicity at its finest is the best way I can describe it. It’s nothing fancy, but that’s why it’s so good. It’s what you’d expect to see at your friend’s house if you go over for a cookout.

It’s good, hot, greasy fast food. I usually have the bacon double cheeseburger, which is the BEST around. Today I tried the chicken-bacon-swiss, and it just might be my new favorite. The employees were friendly and polite. The bathroom was very clean.
