We ordered our meal, I got a Papa Joe and fries with fry sauce. The burger was fine, but the fries tasted like grease and were cold, also the fry sauce cups were only filled half, to a little less than half full. When I asked for extra because of that they said they would have to charge me. I took a pic of the sauce cup, I had not used it at this point, I had only took the lid off. For how expensive it was I was very disappointed.

I was in town visiting a friend and she suggested we go to Zip’s. She had a plain double cheeseburger and I had the shrimp & fry basket. What a waste of $12. Overcooked shrimp that I believe were fried twice to warm them up. They were super greasy and bitter tasting.You could tell the fries had been sitting around for a while, they were chewy and tough. Super disappointed. I won’t be back. My friend’s burger was pretty good, thankfully she was willing to share.

My nephew and I recently visited this Zips and had a great customer experience. It was our first time using their self-service ordering terminal and we ended up ordering the wrong item. The Manager, Nicholas came out and helped us with our order and made sure we received what we wanted. Really appreciated the great customer service and attention to detail. This is a great Zips location and the team is awesome.

I’ve been going to Zips for years. I usually get the Wrangler and it is usually good. However, tonight, my friend and I were craving fish and chips. The menu says 5 pieces and shows nice, large fish fillets with fries. So that’s we ordered. We got home and what we got was 3 small fish nuggets and one that I would call a crumb of fish. We definitely did not get what was advertised and at almost $10 per order, we are very disappointed. We could have ordered a tub of fries for much less money and would have basically got the same thing. Photos attached show what we got vs what is advertised on their website.

Ordered through Door Dash. Ordered extra crispy fries and they were not even cooked all the way. Also, paid $4 for a Pepsi, and there was no flavor. Like no syrup in it. Terrible

Got one of my favorites the other day from PF here as it is one of the only fast food places that have gluten free buns as an option. Got home, took a bite, only to find my burger patties BRIGHT pink on the inside… to say the least I was a bit disgusted at the fact they were undercooked. Disappointed I went through fast food to get fast food and still had to come home to cook it. At least I got my gluten free bun. Please make sure your staff is cooking everything all the way through this can make people really sick especially if it was poultry. 🙁

I simply love their burgers! This will prob give way to my age lol but they remind me of the good ol days back when artic circle was king haha those burgers were hard to beat but zips is pretty close! Yes, if it’s not clear- I’m saying zips have the best burgers, you can’t go wrong here!!(and I believe artic circle is out of business- last one I’ve seen is years back in Rexburg, ID.)
