Do you love pulling hair out of your food? Well zips would be the place for you! Overpriced, and dry, this place will make you say “damn, how has my life come to this” as you ask for a new burger for one to come out only 30 seconds after the cashier takes the burger back. I was a kitchen manager of a successful restaurant, a burger in itself takes a lot more than 30 seconds to cook, even if it’s to warm it up. Disgusted, pondering if they gave me the same burger back, I ended up discarding the burger. Also might be a good time for a health inspection, their last inspection was well over a year ago.

I ordered a cheeseburger with three ingredients and received a cheeseburger loaded. Since I cannot eat pickles, I could not eat the cheeseburger and obviously not worth driving back. Second time this similar thing has happened at this zips out of two times being there. I always give a second chance, but you blow it twice on such a simple order, and that would be it for me. Ending on a positive, the young lady that helped me was super polite.

Hair in food and when we politely brought it back to the counter she took it walked to the back of the store and brought the exact same hairy burger back out 35 seconds later. Will never visit this place again. And you shouldn’t either. The food is always dry and cold and the service is poor.

Went through the drive thru and ordered a good amount of food so our bill came to $71.62. A bit steep but what really made things worse was I ordered a large combo with tots, the yellow paper bag they put them in was nearly empty… I literally got 11 tots! We also ordered a tub of tots and it was only 3/4 full. For a large buster combo paying $17 I should’ve gotten a bigger portion. For the tub costing $8 it should’ve been full… it should’ve been full to begin with. Never EVER again will I eat ZIPS.

We won’t be coming back for a while. We’re tired of having cold fries that are undercooked to begin with. By the time we get home. The fries are cold and limp because they’re not cooked to a crispy outside and a fluffy inside. Last time our fish was salted to the point it was not edible with the breading on.

This is seriously the most annoying thing. You ask for extra fry sauce so they give you containers all literally filled 1/3 with sauce. Is it to save money? You’d think it would cost more in containers. How about you just fill them up and charge more so people don’t have to order 17 extra fry sauces with an order. Literally all of them were like this. It’s just really strange.
