Waited over 40 minutes for a milkshake and finally left the drive-thru bc the car in front of me still hadn’t got what they ordered… There was only 4 cars in front of me when I got there. If you don’t have enough staff to run a restaurant don’t open it.

Absolutely poor customer service. All employees talking but no one noticed me at register waiting. To add what they were speaking of wasn’t company it was all personal. If I wanted to eat lunch at high school I would go sit with my own and eat and high school; Waste of time.

Last two times haven’t been great, decided to give another chance because the kids really wanted their chicken strips. They came raw. I am not certain how, as I thought they were pre cooked but they were raw, pink and rubbery. The 5 mile location has gone down hill for sure.

I walked into the restaurant I immediately noticed that the restaurant was clean the tables were clean there was no excess trash in the garbage bins the employees were dressed appropriately and were courtes the food was cooked to perfection the milkshakes we ordered was okay all in all it was a great experience and I will definitely be back

The place was quiet and clean. The employees at the time seemed bored of being there. There were not rude or mean but not cheerful. Just another day at work feeling it felt like. The food was eh ok. I got the triple burger but felt like a quarter pounder since the patties are small. Plus my hamburger came smashed as you can see in the pic. All of that for 12.72 do this place is spendy for what you get.
