Usually go to the Zips just below Garland on Monroe. This one smelled like old oil. Every table was nasty. Only 2 employees. Window steady & no one inside. The fish was tough & chewy. The fries tasted like old oil. We will make sure to frequent the N. Monroe Zips below Garland.

Sticky. The high chair and booster seat were pretty gross. I ended up putting my child on my lap. I don’t feel like dine in area is a priority when it comes to cleaning. The food was exactly what you would expect, a fast food burger.

Never ever again!!!!! Ruined my lunch with my granddaughter. Refused to make it right. Cold food. Guy taking orders and working the window,was very polite to being with until there was a problem. The girl working there was extremely rude from the start.

I ordered 2 papa Joe’s fine and a small forgot it and a fish and chips that was ridiculously small see attached photo. And they denied to fix anything or return my money I definitely do not recommend. 37.79 loss from this visit.

Arrived at 8:50pm. Was told at the drive thru that they “just closed”. All lights and open sign still on. Definitely regret my choice to come here and will take it into consideration for the next meal out.
