Awesome experience with the shift that worked on 10/22/22 around 3:30pm. Right when we walked in, they greeted us and asked us if we were ready. They offered us to ring the bell option when we were. Ordered in, and they delivered our food to the table in a timely manner. Definitely coming back ! I love their fish & chips.

Please, please please don’t use espresso syrups for your milkshakes!!! It’s nasty. Peanut butter is not super sweet and salty. Peanut butter espresso syrup is waaay too sweet and barely tastes like peanut butter. I’ll still get your burgers but there is no WAY I’d chance a $5 shake again. I had a little bit and couldn’t drink it and I can usually muddle through any sweet.

The last time I had Zips was at least 6 years ago. Never came back, but I tried it again for the first time again, and I was shocked! Food had a classic burger feel. Interior hasn’t changed at all, and I felt like I traveled back in time. Very pleasant experience, and I will definitely be back!!

Everything is way to dressed with White lettuce fries not cooked all the way Why is it if you go in fry sauce and everything is free? This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The kid at the window seemed to rather be dead than greet me or say anything. When I got my drink it was supposed to be Pepsi and it was clearly watered down. Disgusting. I ordered a triple cheeseburger and the meat was old and burnt. Not even hot enough to melt cheese. The medium tater tots we ordered had 9 tots in the bag wadded up on the bottom and smashed. If I was not in my lunch break I would have returned it but I don’t have time. Mostly because of the 20 minutes sitting in the drive through line. Super dissatisfied. Threw it away and now spending more money getting lunch delivered to
