Our family of seven ordered a variety of meals and we all received excellent food and service. The fries were hot and fresh. The chicken strips were made to order. All of the burgers tasted great. The location is just a block or so out of downtown CDA, and has some onsite parking. If you’re looking for a simple burger option for you or your family, you should certainly check out this location.

Zips is usually an amazing place to stop and get a great burger on the go. Sadly, that’s not what we experienced today. We ordered a little over 60 dollars worth of food. What we got was fries that were luke warm at best, stuffed mushrooms that had ice in the center, and a wait time that was ridiculous. After 45 minutes and getting cold food, I went in and told them about just the mushrooms, to get some that were cooked. The person at the counter looked like he just got out of bed. Hair everywhere, dirty, and stains on his shirt. When I explained that the mushrooms had ice in the center, he felt the bag and said he didn’t see a problem. They felt warm. I asked for a new one, but literally had to tell him I was not ok with spending that kind of money and getting this service. I am very unhappy, and will not be coming back to this establishment. If you are the owner, you should really think about getting some new staff that actually care about the customers, and the appearance to the customer.

Sat in the drive through line for about 15 min for only two huckleberry milkshakes, the person behind us got their food before we got our drinks when we finally got them they just taste like vanilla with the smallest hint of huckleberry.
