There Mac and cheese once was good. Tried it again today and couldn’t even take a second bite it was so foul. So much oil it could be considered soup and the cheese was clumpy and wouldn’t melt and the noodles were hard. Do not eat here..needs to be put out of business before someone gets sick.

Really bad. Wish I could say it’s great, but it’s really not. The guy who runs it is nice enough, he even sliced a piece of pizza in half so my grandma would have an easier time eating it. But im fairly sure he raised the price of my order. I mean come on, 16.90 for a slice of pizza, Stromboli and 2 drinks? When I asked for a receipt, he said it wasn’t possible and got real panicked. I won’t be going there again.

Wow this place is horrible. If I could give zero stars I would.The meatballs are the size of marbles and had zero taste. The pizza was cold, looked old and a thin stale crust. The breadstick was flavorless. The Stromboli cheese looked like it had been sitting out. But worst of all, the macaroni and cheese… it was so oily (or watery?) it literally looked like soup. I have two boys who will eat anything and then wouldn’t touch it. The mac and cheese came out several minutes after the rest of our food and enough was enough. I asked for my money back and they did reimburse me for the Mac (he was only a little grumpy about it.)Do NOT spend your money here.

Worst food I’ve ever had. It’s legit worse then the company it was before they bought it. I worked there for years as a kid when it was cozzolis. It was amazing back then.ynlast year there my boss stopped cooking toppings on pizza because she thought it made it look fresher and all it did was make the pizza taste like trash.. then sales got worse and they sold… They never stopped doing that and now is it not only awful raw toppings, it’s the worse dough and bread sticks &sides I’ve ever eaten. I will never eat there again…. The place is dirty, the soda machine gushes water when not on, the owner and his son are slooooe and it took 15 mins to get my food. It’s all cluttered up front too the boy couldn’t even reach the kids!!!!! Makes me sad to see what it has become after seeing what it was.

DONT GO THERE!!You will get food poisoned. They should be closed long ago. Everything is nasty and old there. Terrible customer service. They scammed me and my husband and charged us more than supposed to, refusing to give us a receipt. Just terrible overall.

Stromboli was NOT cooked all the way. Garlic bread was awful. This used to be a good place to eat. I would not recommend … only reason for the 1 star is because to post you have to give a rating. I would give it a negative 3 just gross !! Told them about it and they couldn’t care less.

Used to be Villa Pizza I thought they made a excellent pizza.. Went there yesterday and found out they changed hands and now is Zita.. I asked for a whole cheese pizza., Whatever happend next totally blew my mind. the employee prettended not to understand my request he was very unfriendly.. I thought he would make me a fresh pie however he didn’t he took one off the hot plate. I had no Idea how liong it had been sitting there. When we got it home and reheated it told the story. The pizza was terrible and the crust was rock hard

Ate here thinking it was still villa’s pizza but that is no longer the case. Food is terrible and wouldn’t even call it food nothing from here is even edible. People behind me ordered a slice and they guy grabbed it from below the counter not even a slice from the pizza displayed.
