Don’t want to bash the business…the staff was professional/friendly during my pickup interaction. Atmosphere seemed okay at the time I was there. Hot wings were the typical average hot wing, nothing good or bad to say about them. However, the pizza… not a fan at all. This pizza to me, to put on nicely, was mediocre at best. Very cheap cheese. Sauce wasn’t thrilling at all. Dough was disappointing. All around disappointment and no where near a New York pizza which I wasn’t expecting, but not even close to “New York style” either. If you’re looking for a real pie, this ain’t it.

Food was good. Nice sandwiches with sprouts! Beer was not ice cold . And the wine glass was so small they had to fill it to the top. Would rather have wine in a stem less glass. Feel like they should focus on their bar. Would still go back.

We have been getting our pizza from here for about a year; it was our new favorite pizza place. However, in the last three months they have really gone down hill. A month ago, my order was only half started when I showed up for pickup. This past Friday, my wife ordered at 4:15 and was told it would be ready around 5:15; she was there until at least 6 PM waiting for our order (pizza and one order of garlic knots) and when we got home we realized the pizza was burnt. The staff seems overwhelmed, with no organization or process. Without the manager personally stepping in, nothing gets done.

Really hard not to post. Only doing it with the hope of letting someone who cares know how the staff is not preserving the customer service and quality of experience. We are long time patrons, like 20+ years. The people here lack structure and knowledge of customer expectations. You will potentially experience some form of dissatisfaction visiting this location at this particular time. Whether it be waiting in line while the staff joke around at the other end of the counter, or orders not brought out in a timely fashion or in order because of a lack of attention or training. Will try the Tustin Ave location next time. Hopefully someone gets their arms around this as it historically has been a good local place for pizza.

I’m VERY unhappy with how our order happened. We got food & ordered like normal. The guy said it take about 1hr. We ordered at 630 & it got to us at 815ish! Seriously?! Thats not only unprofessional but not 30mins to an hour like they say. The slogan should be, ‘if it’s late, its free’. We had to call multi times to figure out where they were. They should’ve gave us a refund!. It arrived COLD & NOT cooked well. For $30+ I expect better, not only from the staff but be accountable. Sadly this isn’t a place I want food from again. Go to another place that values their customers, this place doesn’t care!
