Excellent that they were kind enough to bring out to me. No curb service anymore which really sucks for us handicapped people. And please provide napkin and utensils on a carryout order. Had to wait an hour to eat because no utensil’s were included. Had to finish errands and then go home to eat where I have utensils.

I have seen this place for years and never thought of trying it. I regret not having tried it before. My first time here was a blast and I am already craving to go back. I opted for the lamb pita and salad for the side. The lamb pita was quite a handful but very flavourful. I would go back and try other items. There is a great variety of items. That could get a little confusing when it comes to placing an order, so I would ask them questions to make things easier.

We’ve been here several times and the food is always good and hasn’t taken long before it’s brought to the table. It’s not very authentic Mediterranean – more Mediterranean-inspired, really. The chicken and steak kabobs are good. The hummus is tasty, and the marinated slaw was surprisingly good. Sometimes the staff’s a little slow cleaning off tables.

Love the fresh food options, especially the pesto hummus, but this location is just filthy. Consistently. The floors are grimey, the tables are sticky, the trash cans are always overflowing and have food on the floor around them and the bathrooms are borderline unusable. I don’t get it because the staff brings the food to your table so they’re on the floor frequently and can see these issues. They just don’t care. If the public facing area looks that gross I hate to see the kitchen. The last time I went the fountain drinks were out of order. Just can’t do it anymore.

When we walked in, we were the only ones in the place. There were 3 workers behind the counter. The young lady who took our order was very helpful, and quite friendly. We ordered our food, and went to sit down to wait for our food to be done, and found that every single table was dirty. I grabbed some napkins to try to clean off one of the tables, but it was quite obvious that it needed more than a dry napkin. We asked for a wet rag to wipe a table down, and the employee handed us a rag and walked away. Food was good, but cleanliness was sub par at best. Both men and women’s restrooms were dirty, and there were no towels in the men’s room. Kitchen door was open, and when you exit the ladies room, you can see right in, and water was visible all over the floor. The entire time we were there, no one came out to clean any of the tables, the drink station, or the floor. Cleanliness goes far beyond what we as customers can see, so it concerns me that the standards are not high enough to maintain a safe level of sanitation to serve the public. We’re just passing through, so they won’t have to worry about us coming back, but someone should address the sanitation issues sooner, rather than later.

Ordered the falafel. Came on bread and not a pita. Could not eat it. Falafel had severe freezer burn. Inedible. Beans on side were not heated enough. Waste of $13. Never again.

Kinda sucks to have google say open til 7:30 on Sunday and the door says summer hours open til 8, then get there a few minutes before 7 and the door is locked. Why have a lunch/dinner restaurant not even open for dinner hours?
