Perfectly crisp and meaty empanadas, and the most DECADENT sweet plantains I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to go back again!!

Our family was apple/pumpkin picking nearby. We were looking for a place to eat and we were happy we stumbled upon Zoe’s! The place is very small, and so I recommend you call to ask if there are any available tables. The owner informed us that they are used to having people order take out. You could tell they were a tad flustered, but very apologetic for the delays. The wait was worth it, because as a Puertorican myself, I can tell you that every bite felt like home. Everything was seasoned well, and the portions were satisfying. Small recommendations is having the eating utensils available and a few other things on the appetizers menu like zorullos and mofonguitos!

I grew up on the island and I can say this place SMELLS LIKE HOME! Authentic Puerto Rican food, you can tell a genuine abuelita is cooking the minute you step in! The owner Juliana is so nice so definitely support this local spot! I can’t believe I found something like this up here. The food is homemade and delicious, can’t wait to come back

Zoe’s cafe is a hidden gem! It’s a small restaurant (nothing fancy) but we have eaten at other Latin restaurants in the neighboring area and nothing compares. I’ve had them cater two parties for my family recently and all I can say is WOW they outdid themselves AGAIN!. Juliana is truly amazing and she really gets it, customer service at its very best! Thanks again for everything, my daughter’s baby shower was a huge success and everyone said the food was delicious especially the pernil, it was off the hook!!

It’s a nice addition to the usual eateries & provides the most authentic taste to what Puerto Rican cuisine should taste like given the area. Customer service & cleanliness is always on point. Dishes can be a lil’ pricey but overall it’s a nice option if you’re missing the familiarity of a Caribbean meal.

Just wow! After moving up here finding a good Spanish place is a bit difficult and Zoe’s cafe did it for me in every way with an explosion of flavors, slow cooked pernil and a mojo that you can put on just about anything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The place is quaint, beautifully decorated, cozy. Service is great, friendly. Food was not so good. Maybe they had an off day. It was a Sunday night. But flavors missed the mark for me. The empanadillas, yuca frita and masitas de pollo were good. Carne guisada, habichuelas, arroz con gandules were not.

My family & I were staying at Lego Land and were looking for a good Spanish place to eat. We found Zoe’s cafe and loved it so much we came back the next day also. Food was delicious, a perfect portion, and staff was very friendly. 10/10, would definitely come back.

Juliana was so welcoming upon entering the restaurant. Ordered bacalaoitos, alcapurrias and shrimp empanadas for appetizers. The shrimp empanadas were out of this world. The dough was light and crispy and the filling was so flavorful. The alcapurrias were massive and flavorful too. Ordered the pernil (roast pork) with rice and pigeon peas and tostones with the real garlicky dip. The rest of the staff were so pleasant too.
