5 stars! I learned of Zoku when they did a sampling event at my WeWork location. I have ordered lunch from there almost every week after this event. The quality of the fish is superb and beats any sushi restaurant in our area. You can definitely taste the difference. The staff & customer service is great as well!

I love the concept of freshly flown in fish, it makes me feel like I’m getting high quality food even though I’m not paying exorbitant amounts for it. Plus, being an environmental science major, I really appreciate the sustainability edge that Zoku has over many other sushi spots. If they have an outpost in your office (or even if not) definitely check these guys out!

What a ripoff. My lunch was 2 hours late and they charged my card 4 times. Of course they don’t have a working phone and only communicate via email. The food itself was warm which sushi shouldn’t be especially if it’a freezing cold out. Portions were small and they don’t provide soy sauce or wasabi/ginger?? Not for me.

Zoku’s sushi is sustainably sourced and arrives fresh at NY every morning. What’s even better is that Charlie has a team of sushi chefs that have previously worked at the famous sushi bar, Nobu, preparing YOUR sushi!!

Had catering from them a few times. Their chefs making the hand-rolls were very accommodating with my strange requests, and the food kept coming. Doesn’t serve salmon, but everything else is good.
