I am a burger guy. Heard from numerous people in Des Moines to try this while I’m here. Alot of HYPE for really nothing. Yes they were okay burgers but all 3 were not done all the way. Were not bloody but were definitely pink. Nothing I would come back to get. Thousand island dressing is “the sauce” nothing special. Fries were decent. Definitely expensive for the food but it probably has to do with the classy upscale mall they are in.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is made to perfection. The staff and atmosphere are some of the best you’ll have. We live 2 hours away and we are going to start going every few months! Our family has found a favorite for sure!

Do not eat here. No flavor. Small burger patty!! but big bread why ♀️? Worst experience ever. The have all these crazy names for every burger. But they lack flavor!!! The burger taste SO DRY! They don’t have a secret sauce they just serve them dry. They said they have a zombie sauce but it’s just thousand island ♀️ they charge extra for a side of thousand island sauce. All wrong all bad steer away.

Great food and quick service. I do prefer the main location but it you want your food fast while shopping this is a great choice. Sides are very large, I suggest getting one to share with a burger a peice. If you eat it all, go back and get more. We got a small fry and cheese curds. The taste a lot better the first time and dont warm up well. Start small and same room for an awesome desert.

This place was delicious. I had a Walking dead that had fried egg and added bacon in which they are generous in helping. I tried the fried Brussel sprouts which was awesome with the sauce it comes with. I washed it down with a root beer float which was made perfect. Enough ice cream to last with just the right amount of soda at the end. I would buy from here again.

Was there today around 8 had the chicken tenders fries were kinda cold but chicken was good it was hot and crispy. The girl with glasses and messy hair was rude and had a bad attitude overall when giving me my shake but short girl on register was very nice.

It’s in a food court, yes, but in a upscale shopping center and has absolutely amazing food. If you can’t make it to the downtown location, it is absolutely worth it to come here. The burgers are delicious along with with their house made ranch and fry sauce provided with your sides.

I had high expectations based on friends’ experiences and the photos I’ve seen but I was absolutely 100% dissatisfied and will not return. 2 out of the 3 meals we had were something I would expect from a gas station, that were sitting under the heat lamp for 5 hours. The 3rd meal was incorrect and returned for refund. I will not return and I suggest you eat somewhere else, especially at these prices.
