I have to say, there have been news articles about how Amsterdam FINALLY had an Indian restaurant. That’s not true. There was one in the old hotel downtown. But steak and potatoes and pasta loving Amsterdam wasn’t ready. Are they now? Who knows? But I don’t give this place a chance of lasting long.

My dad and I really enjoyed the Chicken Curry and Shrimp Vindaloo. I liked the portions not being too big or small, but just right. The yellow rice was phenomenal. I would go back in a heartbeat, especially for the mango lassi to go with it.

Amazing customer service- my husband loves the spicy onion chutney and even though they don’t currently have it, they made it fresh from scratch so he could enjoy it with the pakora. 10/10 will 100% be back next weekend to try more off the menu! I’m glad a cuisine we truly enjoy has come closer to us.

So good! The chicken vindaloo was incredible. The naan and samosas were also fantastic. The employees and owner were very knowledgeable and hospitable. So happy to find great Indian food after moving to this area after living in places like NYC and Colorado. I definitely recommend it.

I don’t often write reviews, I have been to this place twice. Each time I have been beyond impressed by not only the food but all of the staff. Today the owner spoke with me and told me to reach out of there was any special type of food they could make and mix into the menu from time to time. Opening a new business I can’t even imagine how hard that is but this place has done fantastic! Any questions I have are answered with a smile and dining in there is so relaxing. The food is wonderful but it is truly the kindness of everyone that works there that made the entire experience. So glad they put down roots in Amsterdam!

I was so excited to hear Amsterdam was getting an Indian restaurant. You get to build your own plate and everything is priced a la carte which I think is really cool. The food is so amazing too! Especially compared to the other options around. It’s real home cooked food with lots of flavor. The owners are incredibly nice and welcoming too. I will always be a fan.

When I went here the first time when they opened it was a bit rough and I wanted to wait to review. Having gone back today for a 3rd time they’ve really gotten into the groove of things and the food was excellent! Definitely recommend! I asked for very hot vindaloo and they delivered on it.

We couldn’t have been happier with our meals. I wasn’t sure Id love the concept but once the owner explained and helped us place our orders, I thought it was a great concept. The owner cared deeply, worked hard for his guests and seemed genuinely kind to his staff.
