I have been looking for a great soup place in Buffalo and I think I found it! You can sample all of the soups (and I sampled 7 before I made my choice). I tried one of the soups that changes since the Lobster Bisque is always on their menu. The Chicken enchilada soup was delicious as well as the Chicken Toscana sandwich I ordered! Vegan options, salads, protein bowls, sandwiches and soup. I love ZOUP!

After realizing we didn’t have anything for dinner we stopped at Zoup while we were running some errands. If you have not been to Zoup before it is kind of a neat concept. They have a variety of soup, sandwiches and salads all in a fast casual style set up You can order most things as a combo and sample the soups before you order them. I did notice that the menu in the wall was made up in a very small print. They need to hire a graphic designer to enhance the font so everyone can read what is in each item. The menu online isn’t exactly the same as it was in the store so using your phone isn’t really an option here either.

Sensible layout. Mobility accessible, except for the main doors which are manual. Lots of soup options . I think they allow tasting of soups before you choose, but nobody offered it, and I didn’t ask. The staff were genuinely polite, respectful and friendly. (This seemed like a really good crew) (it’s painfully obvious when the staff of an establishment is taking just reluctantly at their job and life possibly) anyway the workers of Zoup seemed great. I got a fresh mixed chicken ceased salad (amazingly fresh and tasty)and a cup of lobster bisque. (Was microwaved warm, it was good, but warm soup isn’t as good as hot soup) spent 14$ no drink.

Terribly disappointed in the overall quality of the soups. The bisque was average and the seafood etoufee was disgusting? Mushy and thrown away. I can not speak to the aalass and sandwiches . 40 dollars wasted, will not be going back. The bread was warm and the staff was nice.

It’s good. I’m amazed that they let you sample their different soups before deciding what to buy. Had a good “roasted” veggie wrap where the veggies were NOT roasted. The multigrain bread with the mushroom barley soup was great.

Too many staff involved to order a bowl of soup. One person took the order and ladled the soup in the bowl, another put lids on, another got the bread, one cashed me out, and finally another handed me my order. This is would have been fine except that it took almost 20 minutes from arrival to receiving food in hand. There was another customer who was there before me and I checked out before he did. The soul was mediocre at best

Typically this restaurant is good. I ordered soup and salad 2x’s in the last few days and today the salad was not fresh. Much of the spinach in the salad was rotten and the remainder of the lettuce was mostly the core. Barely any chicken too. Maybe a teaspoon! Consistency and freshness severely lacking.

This counter service restaurant had many types of soup and was perfect for a frigid day in Buffalo. We were surprised that there was no waiting. They had an impressive variety of soups, including many vegetarian options which pleased my daughter. I really liked that they allowed us to sample several of their soups at the counter before we decided. They also had sandwiches and salads, but we were only interested in soups to warm us up that day. My only complaint would be that I found them to be rather expensive, but that seems to be everything, everywhere you go out to eat these days, with inflation being what it is.

The soul amd sandwich I got was fantastic. The employees where super nice and informative. Samples of the soup where offered and appreciated. The restaurant was clean and so were the bathrooms. I’ve ordered off of door dash in the past and in person is just as pleasant.
