My Mom and I enjoyed a delicious, fresh, late lunch here on a Saturday. We walked in and were greeted by a very friendly woman behind the counter welcoming us in and after we looked at the menu she happily took our order. There is a wide selection on the menu and a huge variety of soups that rotate every day, according to the menu. I ordered a pick 2 with a Cranberry Almond Sonoma salad and a Modern Tuna sandwich. It came with a baguette and butter. All the food was so fresh and delicious. The tea was also freshly brewed and tasty. The prices are also very reasonable which was a nice surprise. I would definitely visit again.

Just got back from lunch and I’m still annoyed so I need to write this review. I’ve been to this Zoup many times and have ALWAYS gotten a small soup with a roll which is a perfect portion for me. All of a sudden today I was told they’ve had a change in their policy and can only sell the small size soup if it was a combination meal. Really?!?!?! Restaurants need to start respecting the fact that because of medical restrictions some people can’t do a combination meal or a larger size soup. I loved the fact that they seemed to cater to all people by offering different sizes but now apparently that has changed! Please reconsider your new policy. I would think making a sale for a small soup if it was part of a larger order (I had 2 other people with me) is better than losing a customer’s business which will now likely happen. Thanks for being inclusive until you weren’t ☹️

First timer here! The 2 team memebers (young man with long blonde hair and young lady with dark hair) were so nice and welcoming! They said hello when we walked in and we’re very helpful with the menu! Very clean restaurant and bathrooms! Cute and mellow atmosphere. Everyone, including who I believe is the Manager here wished us a great day upon leaving. As a manager myself, the customer service was awesome leading to a 10/10 guest experience!! Food was amazing, best I’ve had! Thank you guys!!!

Andrew is Awesome, Kobe is friendly very helpful and polite . Andrew however is truly kind and a lifesaver. Yesterday was only my second time there and it made my day how they are helpful with a smile. Food is good and I’m glad I went there the first time. Yes I recommend Zoup as a great place to go. My husband and I love date nights at Zoup! We have been going there since it first opened and I just have to say tonight was definitely the best experience we’ve ever had. The new general manager at the collegeville, PA location was wonderful!! He was so friendly and helpful and he even went out of his way to check on everyone to see how their meal was going. It’s so refreshing to see people who take pride in what they do. Thank you! We can’t wait to go back!

Zoup is the best. I’ve had only good to great experiences at this location. The staff are really friendly and helpful – no one makes you feel bad for trying samples. In fact, they usually encourage you to try more! Andrew will go out of his way to brighten your day. He also gives great recommendations if you can’t decide what to get.

I ordered two broth bowls from here and they were absolutely horrible! The mushrooms used were old and they spoilt the entire dish. The broth used were not hot either. Will not go back to Zoup ever again!
