Got the three bean chili soup with macaroni, a whole honey barbecue chicken sandwich, a marshmallow treat and bottle of water. The staff was friendly. Soup was hot, barely could taste it tho. Chicken sandwich and Mac wasn’t warm at all, but it wasn’t cold. For $34- it wasn’t worth it at all.

We came into the Zoup in Avon for the first time yesterday and when we told the girls, Neiva and Jolie of this, they were kind enough to explain the menu’s various items and combinations. They even went above and beyond to help us try all the different samples of delicious soup. It was difficult making choices since we wanted to buy everything! The chicken pot pie sample was amazing (we will get this next time) We decided on the lobster bisque and seafood corn chowder/sandwich combination (tuna and grilled cheese). They also have some unique soda flavors which we will have to try next time we’re there. Neiva and Jolie couldn’t be any sweeter to us and we are hoping to see them again next time we’re in town! This place and food gets an overall A++++ from us!

I ordered a bacon Mac and cheese and the hot honey chicken sandwich first of all the service was slow I get they are understaffed but there where a line of customers. I asked for several things to be left out as I have difficulty digesting things and I get home and they have all the things I ask them not to put on! I won’t be coming back anytime soon!

I use to love Zoup and disappointed when the one in westlake closed. We went to the one in Avon and the staff was rude, the prepared food was not very good, and everything looked old sitting in the containers. We ordered a side of Mac and Cheese and it was only filled up half way since I presume the worker didn’t want to go in the back and get more since she scrapped the bottom of the container. We had take out so I noticed it afterwards. Not going back to this one. Both my husband and I felt sick a couple hours later so I’m sure something was old they served us. Very disappointing. I suspect it will be closed soon since no one was in there. Very sad!

I use to love zoup. I went and ordered chicken toscana sandwich. It had less than 1/4 of cup of chicken that was shredded in to little pieces. Basically basil mayo sandwich.

I very nice, pleasant atmosphere, very relaxing. The staff is very polite and friendly. The service is very fast, as soon as I sat down at a table my order was up. They let you sample all the soups so you get the exact one you want which is amazing. Thank you Zoup for making my first experience wonderful!

We visited and the tv screen was broken, a gentleman was fixing it and up on the counter with his shoes so they told me just one minute. I had waited after ordering my sandwich and they proceeded to make my sandwich right where the man had stepped with his shoes after he hopped down, with no sandwich sleeve, just right on the counter . I had to stop them from making my sandwich and ask them to clean the counter first and start a new sandwich. The manager Lizzy was helpful and refunded me and stated that she hadn’t even noticed because she was just coming in, myself as a customer should not have to point this out. Other team members were nearby and no one thought to clean the counter? Who knows where this man’s shoes have been? I will not be returning, this location is dirty throughout the store and this situation only made it worse.
