This was my favorite location, but I will never go there again. I went in and ordered my usual ceasar salad. I always stand there and watch them make my order and I’m glad I did. The young man making the salad dropped the dressing on the floor picked it up and put it in my salad then proceeded to give it to the guy to put the lid on. If I wouldn’t have been watching they would have given me that salad with the dirty dressing container that fell on the floor. If you ever ordered a salad from there then you know that they sit the dressing in the container on your salad. The manager went to get bread from the back after touching everything from the oven to the door and the cookies with the same dirty gloves on. He comes out holding the bread in his hands then put it on the counter to cut before putting it in the oven. This location has definitely went down hill I’m very disappointed, but I’m also glad I was there to witness this because i was going to place my order online to save time.

I had never heard of zoup before! Just stopped in while on a road trip and got a half sandwich and soup. The guy who checked me out was friendly and helpful when I couldn’t decide what I wanted. It was so good. Like a better version of Panera

I got a salad and it was absolutely delicious and the servers were very friendly and nice and over all they looked happy to be there and it’s always so nice in quiet in the lobby where the chairs are. Overall definitely coming again.

Always forget about this location. It’s hidden in the Plaza. Smaller store and not very busy. Floors were sticky and carpet had spots of spilled stuff. Not the cleanest. The bread bowls were good and potato soup was yummy.

I’ve eaten at Zoup many times- take out and dine in, and I’ve always had a great experience! The staff is friendly and allows you to try soups before ordering. They also have amazing bread bowls, and healthy options like grain bowls.

I think his name is Joshua because he was the only guy here and that’s the name on the receipt. Wears glasses and has a tattoo behind his left ear. He made zero eye contact while taking my order, spoke sternly and harshly to a young, female coworker demanding she take a customers order (I will say the customer was on her phone while placing an order so I was even having a hard time following her order). The girl was doing a good job. After that harsh remark from Josh(?) he made a condescending comment about how the other employees “aren’t doing anything right tonight”.
