This cedar center Zoup location has gone downhill so bad!! They claim they make their soup fresh everyday however I know spoiled soup when i smell it and taste it!! First of all when you walk in the store it smells funny like they mop the floors with old mop water from last week. I was appalled when they served me old spoiled chicken noodle soup. I went back to get a refund and the young lady didn’t get me a problem.

Didn’t get to try the food. Showed up at 6PM. Only one kind of soup. They are open until 8PM. 6PM is prime dinner time. How can they not have soup? In particular chicken pot pie- they indicated it is one of their hottest sellers.

The employees at this location continuously act as if they have no interest in helping customers. This is the third or fourth instance of being treated poorly and we will NOT be coming back. We placed an order online only to show up at the designated time to find out nothing was ready, all because they were out of rice for a grain bowl. Why do we bother filling out contact information if they don’t use it? Couldn’t someone have called or emailed to let us know? Or at least had everything else ready so we could make a quick decision and then go? It’s not like it was busy in there. Instead we had to wait 15 minutes for them to make the whole order and just leave out the brown rice. They acted completely bothered by our presence and certainly didn’t hurry one bit to prepare our order. There was no attempt to make up for this inconvenience either. One employee apologized to the other though for not having woken up until 11:30. How special. With having only been awake for 10 minutes by the time we got there he obviously wasn’t at the top of his game. I would suggest finding employees that actually want to work or you’re going to continue losing customers.

Food is great, some of the soups could of been refilled sooner so it’s less broth and more contents. The workers were slightly distracted which made me wait a lot longer than usual.

Zoup is my favorite go to soup and sandwich spot for lunch. My special selection is usually the pesto cheese sandwich and a bowl Tomato bisque. When I am feeling adventurous I venture for the Alligator etouffe or the cheeseburger soup.

Called earlier in the afternoon and was told they were open until 7:00. By 6:00 pm, they were shutting down, limited choices, and no bread (but charged full price anyway). Tell customers the truth when they call. If you run out of products, make a fair substitution or charge less. Oh, and no receipt offered either. This is a shame as this used to be a good location.

The people that work there are extremely awesome they always get my order perfect and they constantly know what I want when I walk in. I love this place. If you want something great to eat try the chicken Toscana and any one of their soups you will be there everyday.
