I have tried calling the store in Warrensville Heights OH and no one picks up. I placed an order over a week ago for lobster bisque and found pieces of shell in it. I have reaching out to the company through multiple ways and have still received no response. I only want a refund but I guess that wonāt happen.

Last Saturday I tried them for the first time. I ordered the chicken noodle soup. It was too salty and had a twangy taste. The cashier acted like she didn’t want to work. I was one of the first customers of the day, so maybe 11a.m. was too early. I would not patronize again.

I went to get some Chicken Noodle Soup. They only had 4 soups available, none of them being Chicken Noodle. I was the only customer inside, so they weren’t busy at all and it was the middle of the day which is why I couldn’t understand why there were only 4 soups. They had no bread or crackers for the soup, not even any napkins. The employee seemed to be irritated like he didn’t want to work or be there at all. This is unacceptable. Please do better in the future.

I don’t know why big glops of mayo were put on a half sandwich, and cold tomato warmed with it I couldn’t bring myself to eat it, the person who made my sandwich wasn’t friendly. Worst turkey club sandwich I ever saw, greasy and yuck! Everything was slopped together grossly. The soup was tasteless and seemed old and everything was thrown into the bag messy. Very disappointing experience, not worth 15.99 with my drink.

Ordered an entrĆ©e size bacon mac and cheese and my coworker got a try two with a lobster mac and cheese. They switched the sizes, I got a try two size bacon mac and my coworker got an entrĆ©e sized lobster mac. I’ve tried calling and messaging and emailing about this issue an have not heard back from them. No attempt to get in contact with me. This was a delivery order.

My first time going here and I will be returning. Spicy chicken and broccoli broth bowl was great!!!! My son loved the Lobster Bisque soup. Great customer service from the manager or at least I think she was the manager…she displayed great leadership qualities while assisting me with my selections.

Just left Zoup. Stopped dining there because after Covid they could not get their staff together. Went in today because I love the soups and Chicken Cesar Salad; arrived home, salad filled with wet disintegrating decaying spinich. Took a picture, google won’t let me attach. Called several surrounding sister Zoup stores because they refuse to answer the phone. And the sister stores are set up that way also. Even though you are prompted for service you receive no one answering. Going back tomorrow with pictures for a refund. Will never patronize any Zoup in Ohio ever again. Worthless customer service. Some savy person needs to purchase the brand and the franchise who can make a difference in the capacity to attend, serve, prepare fresh, and appreciate the customer!
