My first time having soup so I decided to try a few options. From the start of ordering it was not a good experience. The young man taking my order seemed to be agitated from the beginning. I had to ask him was he ok and let him know to breathe, which then he seemed to relax. I ordered the tuna sandwich and had way more bread than tuna. The tuna had no seasonings besides hell of onions. I ordered a lobster soup that they put in the microwave and it still wasnāt hot and it had a weird taste. Plus I seen no lobster. My drink from the fountain had no ice because there was an issue with the ice machine. They did tell me that ahead of time. Overall the food and service was poor. I paid 80+ dollars with tip included and it definitely wasnāt worth it unfortunately. Also it was really cold in the building for some reason.

It smelled like the few types of soup that they did have was old & burnt. The woman there said they have been unable to get food trucks there to deliver their soups, so they only had like 2 or 3 varieties of soup to even choose from & they were closing early everyday bcuz of it. VERY disappointing as we traveled a decent distance to try it for the very 1st time only to walk out after finding out their troubles in getting food supplies to their location. Not her fault….it’s corporates fault.

Last couple times I have tried to go this location has been closed due to “supply issues”. The last time two times I was actually able to get food there, there was bread shortage and I couldn’t get anything to go with my soup.

Went in ordered the chicken noodle soup…..kid behind the counter said I’m going to need to wait a min. Okay. Clearly working by himself in front. Could have said that differently. I ordered. Only problem is their was no chicken in the chicken noodle soup. For that reason of no chicken in the chicken noodle soup. I’m giving them a 2 star.

Sadly this place has gone downhill. Thereās absolutely no customer service. The building is HOT! Not sure if they are trying to save money but I darn near passed out while in line. I ordered a broccoli cheddar soup and chicken pot pie. The broccoli cheddar soup was so cold the soup tasted and looked like velveeta. Unfortunately, this would be last visit. Worst customer service Iāve ever experienced, guy was rude the entire time I was ordering kept checking his watch and I mentioned it was my first time he seemed irritated and like he didnāt want to wait for me to decide it made me very uncomfortable. Place looked dead on top of it. Maybe a better staff with a positive attitude would help. Food was good. But wonāt return somewhere I donāt feel welcomed.

We (kids and wife) have tried it as alternate to busy Sunday afternoon typical eateries and were pleasantly surprised by the food. Soup was great tasting and sandwiches were freshly made with good tasting ingredients. Every other table is blocked off (with a sticker) for social distancing.. The booths don’t have plexiglass dividers… so capacity is at 50%.. keep that in mind when going in during busy hours.

Been a few times, pretty good lunch spot. I love how friendly everyone is in here, they are always very patient and encourage people to sample anything that looks good. That’s especially important because they have a lot of soup choices. The bread that comes with the soup is pretty tasty. Portions and prices are average, but not overly expensive.

We go to this location regularly. The staff is friendly and quick to prepare our food. The soups are very good and you can sample them if youād like to try it before you buy. Itās very cold inside during the summer which is perfect for eating hot soup.
