Always a nice selection of favorites and new flavors to try. You can sample any soup before placing your order which is wonderful especially because the pricing isn’t cheap. Soup is the feature but the sandwiches, salads and mac n cheese are amazing too. A pick two option gives you a full meal with 2 smaller portions so you don’t have to limit yourself. The fresh baguette with available butter compliment any soup selection and rounds out the meal. Don’t forget to use the app and place a to go order so you don’t have to wait in line.

Very disappointed. One of the rudest cashiers I have ever experienced. I ordered the street corn grain bowl with extra chicken and extra cheddar. Not a fan of Kale (or extra crunch lettuce) so in the picture that has been picked out. The taste of the chicken was good, the combo actually really good. But maybe extra chicken and instead of extra cheese, no cheese and no roasted corn. I would have taken it back, but man that cashier was scary.

Got the new hot honey sandwich with the Mac and cheese. Gotta say it’s 10/10 sandwich had good flavor and the Mac and cheese was creamy. Also have a very impressive soup selection. Would recommend to anyone

Nice clean place. Friendly staff. Not a place you’d traditionally tip at, but they ask rather than pay staff appropriately. You want me to tip before my food is made at a place where I have to pick up my food and clear my tray into the trash? Won’t return until I hear this corrected.

Always out of something or takes forever. This time their oven was down so everything had to be served cold. Maybe put out a sign so people don’t wait in line and waste 15 minutes of their lunch hour to find out they can’t have a hot sandwich

Um, the southwest sandwich didn’t look like the photo. It was two slices, a cut in half slice of tomato and a piece of cheese. The lobster bisque was ok. I give the bisque a 6.5 and the sandwich a 3, only because cardboard is a 1 and the soup had real lobster. Stomach ache after eating there.

WOW!!! I stopped in for lunch while attending a conference at the Lansing Center. It was a fairly cool Michigan spring day. Previous days leading up to today had been in the 70’s. Today however was in the 50’s and it was raining. Soup sounded great. They had a massive selection and offered large samples before I ordered. I got the pick two as well as a sandwich. That was a TON of food. I am. It proud but I did manage to eat it all. While the food is fantastic while there I witnessed a father and toddler son enjoying lunch and when they were done and about to leave the owner approached and offered to take care of their tray and high chair. At the time I though wow this place has great management who are very involved with Day to day operations. On a last note as I was about to leave, while I refilled my coke the machine had a few hiccups (air in the lines/ running out of product) and the owner rushed over to apologize and tried to remedy the problem. Yet again I was extremely impressed, if I was a local I would make this a regular stop.
