I tried reaching out to management about a $60+ order for my office in which three of five meals were prepared incorrectly, including paying for upgrades (larger portions that cost extra). Typically, I give managers 72 hours to respond and correct the mistake before going on Google Reviews to post a negative review, as I understand the impact that these reviews can have when there are opportunities to reach a resolution. I have given them 10 days to respond. We are looking for a partial refund to our order for the three that were prepared incorrectly and then I’ll gladly take down the review. We will not be returning to Zoup.

soup is delicious. the kid who’s working is bad at his job. wasn’t asked if i wanted white wheat or multigrain. i hate white. wasn’t asked if i had or wanted to join rewards. joined myself after checking out only to find that one of the two bowls of soup i literally just paid for would have been free.

My partner and I love get food here. The food is always fresh and exactly what we ordered. We originally lived in Kalamazoo and used to get Zoup there too but delivery is fast and always delicious. Keep up the amazing work, and we will continue to order your awesome soups, salads, and sandwiches.

I went here for an interview initially. The place is small but very clean and cozy. The cute lil atmosphere is inside 25 Michigan with a few other shops. I never knew this location was there given you cant see it from the street. But if you love different kinds of soups and salads or even sandwiches this is the place for you. Great staff and Gabby was super friendly. I’ll be heading over there now with my son in tow to give him a special treat at this shop. Love it. I like how they now offer a flight of soups although I think it should still come with a roll. The fire roasted tomato bisque was very good. The mushroom bisque was good and so was the broccoli cheddar. The pumpkin spice soup was good but I couldn’t eat a large bowl of it. It was a little too much ginger for me.
