Typically I like them, the last 3 times I have gotten food from them, they skimp. My lime is like literally a crescent. And no corn toppings for a fiesta chicken salad. There’s. No chicken. Very disappointed as I pay like $13 for this.

It has been a long time since we have been to Zoup but we were in the mood for soup so we stopped in. In spite of being short staffed the service was quite good and we got our order quite quickly. They were planning to close early that night due to staffing issues but we were greeted and cared for during our visit. The samples helped us decide and we both enjoyed our selections.

Both my children had just had dental work and could only eat soft things so we gave this a try. The staff was extremely knowledgeable on ingredients in the soups and gave us many samples. Food was absolutely phenomenal.

Stopped to grab soup on the way home after a long day of medical procedures. We did a take out order. Checked the bag when we got to the car and noticed I was given a soup for our son’s Mac and cheese order. Went in and they replaced their mistake at no charge.

Zoup goes hard. The lobster bisque is always the way to go and I have gotten it for years with much joy. Everything on the menu looks good and the bread was so warm. During cold times come here and be healed. Only complaint is price; two medium soups for 18 dollars (not including tip).

Soup is one of my absolute favorite things to eat. It was 85° outside and all I wanted was a nice warm bowl of soup for my tummy. Was perfect. I had the lobster bisque. My son had the seafood soup. Daughter had a half of a sandwich.

The absolute best place to get soup, the thing that is nice about this place is it’s good comfort food, or good for when your not feeling the best, and you can just get take out and it’s not like with most places where the food isn’t as good when you get home. Zoup taste just as good reheated and most the time it is still plenty warm by the time you get home. The lobster bisque and the chicken dumplings are my 2 favorite. They also have a chicken pot pie one where they put pie crumbles on top and it is literally the best thing I’ve ever had. The bread here is awesome too. Definitely recommend 10/10

Got catering for work, the soup was FANTASTIC! The sandwiches, however, left much to be desired. The ciabatta bread was drier than the Sahara and there was a SINGLE slice ofeat and cheese on each “Sandwich” very little sauce to moisten the sandwich. Whoever made the soup, made it with love. Whoever made the sandwiches, made them with hatred and rage.
