I love the atmosphere here. Its quaint and cozy. The staff are friendly and offer soup samples while you wait in line to order. Theres several interesting teas with herbs and spices along with sodas to choose from here. The cookies are very soft and fresh. There’s even a pick up and go option here, if you want to order ahead. Love this place!!

This used to be one of our favorite places to eat but lately it has been one bad experience after another. They latest stop we decided to get it to go. My daughter was given a kids sandwich on day-old bread you can get from the grocery store (I’ve volunteered in mission kitchens – think Bishop Dudley- who have serve better sandwiches than this be honest). Lesson learned don’t order a kids meal and pay $5.00 for goldfish and stale bread. My salad was probably half the size it has been when ordering to eat in-person but I paid the same price, our Mac and cheese was half the size than what we paid for, and to top it all off, there was a beautiful hair woven in to my meal. I’m all for supporting local but I expect good quality food for the price. Our last three experiences have not been good.

I’m a big fan of soup and therefore, Zoup has to provide good soup or I’m not going near it. Thankfully, they deliver consistently excellent soup that’s unique with a great selection. Some of my favorites include the chicken pot pie, clam chowder, curry thai chicken, and the white bean chicken chili, although they have a ton of great ones.

Great, local area food place with take out or dine in. Nice, friendly staff was very helpful. Lots of items on the menu from soups (of course and they were pretty good), sandwiches, and salads. I thought it was better than a Panera with portions and cost (a couple bucks less with only small upsizing increase in cost). We told everyone we saw about it while in Sioux Falls.

I have been a long time customer. This time I went in I don’t know if there was a new manager, but I was very disappointed in the service and in the food I ordered a salad like I normally do and there was no chicken on it I was also disappointed in the portion size. and the person I was with ordered a salad as well and it was frozen chicken and could not eat it. I do not know if I will be back or not and it’s a shame because this was always my go to food for a healthy option.

This was the worst meal ever!!! It all started when I waited 2 hours for delivery! When I called to cancel the order, I was told they were unable to do so and that the delivery driver left my food sitting there…. FOR AN HOUR…. But don’t worry, it saves for 2 days! Eventually the manager said he wanted to make my situation “PARTIALLY RIGHT” offering a free entree. At this time, my lunch time was LONG past and when the food finally made it to me, the cup of chicken noodle soup (with no chicken) was dumped all over my half of a super dry sandwich. This could have been a blessing except the paper delivery bag was also soaked! ZOUP has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service in this town! Please find my review on every possible review site.
