Nice sandwich place. I think they need a little more time to tweak their dishes a little bit. For example, the vegetables in the vegetarian hot sandwich were a little too oily and the bread a little too hard for that sandwich (as soon as you bite, vegetables exit the sandwich in all directions). They make a lot of the meats themselves. I’m certainly coming back and will continue trying others dishes and will keep updating this review after each visit.

We recently had lunch at Zozo’s for the first time and were very pleased! The food was great! I had a Fattie Maddie which has turkey, ham roast beef and pastrami and provolone and cheddar served on a divine hagie roll…delicious! The 2 other people with me had a Fancy Nancy sandwich, served with a grilled chicken cutlet, roasted red peppers, spinach and garlic aioli And my husband a roast beef sandwich with roasted red peppers, gorganzola cheese, pickled red onion and arugula dressed with chery pepper aioli…couldn’t have been better with generous portions of sliced deli meats and cheeses we had sides as well which we shared.. delicious potato salad and a wonderful goulash and Mac soup of the day. Reminded me of my mom’s goulash with ground beef and tasty rich broth and shell macaroni…We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The staff was friendly and helpful with questions about the menu. They also sell local art and they had hand painted canvases of varying sizes with wildlife such as bears and tigers on it. We want to go back soon to try their breakfast menu! You won’t be disappointed here

Nothing was great, just okay. The peach tea (peach syrup and gold peak sweet tea) was the best thing I tried. The sandwich was pretty boring, tomato soup was just as exciting. The garlic fries were extremely disappointing, no traces of garlic! Apparently they toss them in a garlic butter (ewwwh) and then drizzle with mayonnaise. Not worth the $30 I spent for LUNCH.

I had a breakfast BLT and omg ya’ll…they have the best hoagie bread. So soft and tasty with just the right amount of chewiness. The perfect balance of all ingredients. Service was top notch; everyone was super friendly. We had such a great experience and can’t wait to come back and work our way through the menu.

Great sandwich spot! My go-to is the Uncle Paulie, but I got to try one of their new breakfast sandwiches today. The Cheap Date with Sausage was delicious- bun had just the right toastiness and the chili ketchup… yum. The owner, Jen, is the sweetest and offers amazing service. If you haven’t tried Zozo’s yet, you’re missing out!

Finally made it to Zozo’s but left without ordering food. Since we had never been before we wanted to sit down and look at a menu before ordering. The girl at the door welcomed us and was nice but we went to two different tables before finding a clean one. Looking over the menu we were super disappointed that they don’t offer half sandwiches and all of their burgers are served with 2 patties..?? What about people who want or need smaller portions? My other half wanted to try the Philly Cheese Steak but he saw one at another table and he said it just looked like a lot of bread and didn’t look that good. Knowing that after adding peppers (which already come on Philly’s most places and don’t cost extra) it would have been over $14 (JUST the sandwich–no side!) we decided to leave. Dirty tables, no smaller portion menu options for sandwiches or burgers and an unimpressive Philly for the price (and you have to pay for peppers??) Super disappointing… but 3 strikes before we even ordered was our cue to leave. 2 stars I guess? Because the girl at the door was nice. Sad that we ended up at a chain sandwich place instead of a local business but we can’t afford to waste money on food we aren’t going to eat. We might have stayed and tried Zozo’s food if there were options for smaller sandwiches and burgers….and clean tables would have been nice.
